EYW exists to empower young women growing up in vulnerable communities across under-resourced countries, with education at the centre of everything we do. Our mission is to inspire confidence, expand opportunity, and equip future generations of girls to become leaders in their families, schools, and societies. Quality education creates pathways out of poverty and lays the foundation for long-term change. Our work advances three UN Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 4 - Quality Education, SDG 5 - Gender Equality, and SDG 1 - No Poverty. Through these goals, we help partners integrate meaningful social impact, ESG, and CSR commitments into their core values. We go beyond delivering programmes: we measure our impact, track progress, and focus on the real lives and futures of the girls we serve. Each intervention is both immediate support and an investment in sustainable change for generations to come. We embrace diversity, collaboration, and community. -In precarious neighborhoods, ensure permanent access to quality running water at home, fire-fighting, hygiene training, community building and emergency plans. Develop other essential local services according to needs and capacities. -Conduct systemic diagnoses of waste and sanitation management and propose initiatives adapted to the context and available resources, preferably in support of communities and local authorities. -Mobilize and involve all stakeholders in setting up high-impact social projects that are ultimately economically viable and self-sufficient.
