Education without Borders (EWB) is a Canadian non-profit Foundation created in 2002. It obtained its charitable status in March 2003. The mandate of this Foundation is to foster educational opportunities and provide educational facilities in less privileged regions of the world

Our educational goal is to create responsible global citizens through a global education. And it is this commitment that has driven the unified educators of the foundation to develop programmes and practices that nurture students to become global thinkers. The one-of-a-kind bilingual, bi-cultural education methodology created by the foundation is shared among our international network of schools that span two continents. Yew Chung has pioneered a new paradigm in international education. We define an international education by what goes on inside the student. It is about the internal transformation of the child. This is affected by the international school’s culture, which is created by the teaching and learning environment, the administration, the overall content and process which links to the character formation of the child. The international education ethos that Yew Chung reflects can be seen in the content and process of education that leads our students to an inner transformation whereby they are both Eastern and Western.

The East Greenbush Education Foundation is an independent, all-volunteer, community-based organization that mobilizes financial resources, leadership and innovative ideas with the help of the community, local businesses, and a network of district alumni, educators and philanthropists that come together to strengthen and support the educational opportunities for the students in our district.

Pathways to Education Canada is a charitable organization that helps youth in low-income communities graduate from high school and successfully transition into post-secondary education or training. Pathways to Education addresses systemic barriers to education by providing leadership, expertise and a community-based program proven to lower dropout rates. Founded in 2001, Pathways operates in 12 communities across Canada, with programs in Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and Manitoba.

Founded in 2000, the Maasai Girls Education Fund works to improve the literacy, health and economic well-being of Maasai women in Kenya and their families through education of girls and their communities.
