Initiating and developing programs in the field of social protection and economic development meant to support communities in achieving the objectives set in the social and economic development strategies; 6. Developing the human resources in Romania; 7. Developing social and communitarian services; 8. Initiating, promoting, and implementing measures to protect human rights, according to the national and international laws; 10. It encourages and develops the self-advocacy role of its members in the promotion of human rights in the context of the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, legal regulations and national strategic documents. It provides mechanisms for the application of prescribed standards and criteria for the work of users with their assigned assistance dogs.

nAGLY's mission is to create, sustain and advocate for programs, policies, and services for the lesbian/gay/bisexual/transgender youth community, particularly including the establishment of regular support meetings, and to defend and enhance the human and civil rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth on the North Shore of Massachusetts.

To expand, maintain and sustain the Jenaro Aguirre Elorriaga School that has become a full support system for the community of the slum Barrio 24 de Marzo; guaranteeing that children have access to fundamental Human Rights as a good education, a balanced nutrition and the good quality of their health care.

They acknowledge education as a basic human right. Knowing how to read and write not only enables others to overcome the barriers of poverty, it unlocks the door to a lifetime of learning. Its mission is to lift children and youth out of poverty by delivering effective and sustainable programs aimed at eradicating illiteracy.
