Wild for Cats is the Academic Booster Club for Lake Highlands High School. It is open to all Lake Highlands' families, community members, and organizations in support of academic excellence.
To provide education and support to our Service Members, Veterans, Dependents and Surviving Spouses (SMVDS) who are experiencing the devastating effects of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Military Sexual Assault, Traumatic Brain Injury and other trauma in their lives. To train facilitators in recognizing cases that require additional services including but not limited to medical referral and providing them with needed resources. We provide Peer Support in a myriad of ways to our SMVDS. We help improve the quality of life for our SMVDS and provide opportunities for our SMVDS to volunteer and give back.
