Founded in 1979, the National Exchange Club Foundation (NECF) works to prevent child abuse through a national network of Child Abuse Prevention Centers. These centers implement the evidenced-based Exchange Parent Aide program. Technical support is offered to Exchange Clubs as they implement local child abuse prevention educational projects.
