Car Seat Clinics - Have your infant and child car seat inspected to make sure it is properly installed and that your child is buckled in correctly. Passport to Safety - Online safety test geared towards the young worker, aged 12 to 14. Men at Risk - Support for the program run by the Suicide Prevention Resource Centre targeting men in industry with ideas for healthy ways to cope with problems and stress. Founded in 1979, the National Exchange Club Foundation (NECF) works to prevent child abuse through a national network of Child Abuse Prevention Centers.  These centers implement the evidenced-based Exchange Parent Aide program.  Technical support is offered to Exchange Clubs as they implement local child abuse prevention educational projects.  NECF works to secure resources to support Exchange's other programs of service that support strong communities, i.e. Youth and Americanism projects.
