THE PURPOSE OF THIS NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION SHALL INCLUDE SOLICITING AND/OR RECEIVING GIFTS OF WHATEVER KIND, TO BE HELD, MANAGED, AND USED EXLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COLLEGE, TO PROMOTE EXCELLENCE, AND TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS, GRANTS-IN-AID, LOANS, ETC. TO STUDENTS.
