THE MORRISVILLE COLLEGE FOUNDATION, INC WAS INCORPORATED AS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT NEW YORK STATE CORPORATION FOR THE PURPOSES OF SUPPORTING THE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE AND TECHNOLOGY AT MORRISVILLE, NEW YORK. THE SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES OF THE FOUNDATION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, FUNDING OF SCHOLARSHIPS, PROVIDING COLLEGE ASSISTANCE, ADMINISTERING ENDOWMENT FUNDS, AND PROVIDING ON-CAMPUS STUDENT HOUSING

WEST VIRGINIA WESLEYAN COLLEGE CHALLENGES ITS STUDENTS TO A LIFE-LONG COMMITMENT TO DEVELOP THEIR INTELLECTUAL, ETHICAL, SPIRITUAL, AND LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL AND TO SET AND UPHOLD STANDARDS OF EXCELLENCE. THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS OF GEORGIA TECH THROUGH STUDENT BODY PARTICIPATION IN "HEALTHFUL EXERCISES, RECREATIONS, ATHLETIC GAMES AND CONTESTS". THE ASSOCIATION "DEVELOPS THE YOUNG PEOPLE WHO WILL CHANGE THE WORLD". SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT STATE UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION, INC. (THE "FOUNDATION") EXISTS TO ASSIST SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT STATE UNIVERSITY (THE "UNIVERSITY") IN FULFILLING ITS MISSION AND ACHIEVING ITS VISION THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT, STEWARDSHIP, AND DELIVERY OF PRIVATE FINANCIAL RESOURCES.
