The Legal Resource Centre is comprised of a multi-disciplinary team of lawyers, librarians, teachers, and web specialists. The LRC uses a collaborative approach to develop materials and strategies for teaching people about the law.
The Foundation administers a variety of programs including initiatives in advancing agricultural knowledge, providing scholarships in agricultural disciplines, and facilitating events that communicate the importance of agriculture to Canadians.
PLEA can help members of the public by providing general legal information, suggesting resources, and telling people about different options for obtaining legal advice. A Christian healthcare ministry promoting and providing: • the formation of disciples in all nations; • excellent medical and spiritual care for those in need; • a whole person approach to healthcare; • healthcare teams—individuals recruited, equipped and supported; • health workers in the field—taught, mentored and encouraged in medical and spiritual excellence; • strong health infrastructures; • public policies promoting health and reducing poverty; • networks and partnerships with other Christ-centred ministries; • enrichment through cross-cultural experience; • programs that are well-managed and cost-effective.
C.O.ED. is a Literacy/Numeracy and Living Skills program for adults who have physical and/or developmental challenges. Our learning environment is supportive and modified to meet each individual's needs, background and interests. We provide an alternative for individuals who do not "fit" into traditional workshop settings and larger congregate models of day programs.
