The Learning Collaborative (TLC) prepares underserved children and their families to succeed in school by providing a tuition-free, high-quality preschool education through a unique partnership with our children, families, parents, staff, and community.Our vision is that children and parents working together can overcome at-risk beginning through an early educational intervention, paving the way for success in kindergarten and beyond, inspiring a love of learning, confidence in themselves, and hope for their futures.

The mission of Bright Beginnings is to 1) provide children with a safe, nurturing educational environment, 2) prepare children to enter kindergarten ready to learn and 3) support homeless parents to stabilize their home lives and become self-sufficient.

All Our Kin is a Connecticut-based nonprofit organization that trains, supports, and sustains community child care providers to ensure that children and families have the foundation they need to succeed in school and in life. Parents will be honored and supported in their difficult work of caring for children, and have access to safe, loving, educational child care options when they go to work. The PRC's mission is to provide first connections to young children and their families. We aim to provide early education enrichment opportunities at affordable prices to all of our community's families. Operating in an economically and culturally diverse area, the PRC brings families together in a supportive environment where parents and caregivers can share the joys and challenges of raising young children while their children play, experiment and learn in a safe and nurturing environment.
