The mission of Kids’ Co-Op is to create a quality early childhood learning environment for Las Vegas families. We focus on the use of child-centered, play-based, developmentally appropriate practices to create a safe and nurturing place for children to learn. As a parent cooperative, our emphasis on parent education and family involvement make Kids’ Co-Op a place where parents and children learn and find a supportive community.

The mission of The Montessori Foundation is to inspire, nurture, and support the development of strong Montessori schools worldwide, with programs serving children from the infant and toddler level through high school. We work to advance Montessori education in the United States and abroad.

Better Beginnings has been serving the Hightstown-East Windsor area since 1967, providing subsidized childcare, giving parents the opportunity to be employed, self-supporting, contributing members of their community, while maintaining a safe, healthy learning environment for children. Our mission is to provide high quality, affordable childcare program that contributes to the educational, physical, social and character development of individual children in a safe and healthy environment, while giving their parents the ability to remain employed or attend a full time training/education program, thereby having the opportunity to be self-supporting and contributing members of the community.

Precious Lamb is the only full time and faith-based preschool that offers high-quality early education and resources for children and families experiencing homelessness here in Los Angeles County. Our mission is to break the cycle of homelessness, one child at a time. This is carried out through our vision: to be a tangible support system for young children and their families who suffer from crisis. Through nurture, education, and support, we hope to help bring restoration, stability and empowerment. Precious Lamb strives to treat each family holistically and in alignment with our core values: dignity, integrity, and compassion. With a low 1:6 ratio we ensure students receive a caring and dedicated education in a private school environment that is unrivaled.

Maryvale's mission, inspired by the compassionate service of our Vincentian founders, faithful to Catholic social teaching rooted in the gospel of Jesus Christ and the charism of the daughters of charity, is to heal, empower and educate children and families in order to instill hope for a more fulfilling future. We do this by providing residential, educational, mental health and community-based services in an environment of dignity, love and respect.

Les Petits Francophones is a non-profit French Immersion preschool committed to early childhood education. Our mission is to provide a safe and prosperous environment for the whole child; socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively. Our primary focus is placed on the needs of children (ages 2-5 years) and their family. LPF’s goal is to provide a stimulating and educational experience through developmentally appropriate practices.

The mission of Mar Vista Family Center (MVFC) is to provide low-income families with early childhood education, youth enrichment, and educational tools to create positive change in their lives and their community.  Every program adheres to the basic premise that it is critical to empower children, teens and adults to play vital and responsible roles -- as decision-makers, community leaders, mentors, classroom volunteers and fundraisers.

Inner-City Scholarship Fund changes lives for the better by providing families with demonstrable financial needs the opportunity to give their children a quality, values-based K-12 Catholic education within the Archdiocese of New York. Inner-City exists to ensure that the gift of an excellent Catholic school education continues to be a viable option for students of all faiths today and for future generations to come.

The Early Learning Institute (teli) helps children to realize their full potential and enriches the lives of children and their families by: providing comprehensive programs and services for children with developmental delays in an inclusive environment; providing individualized developmental and preschool programs and services for children of varying abilities; and collaborating with other community organizations to carry out these missions.

Nestled in the nation’s capital in the richest museum complex in the world is the Smithsonian Early Enrichment Center, a model early childhood program that places children at the center of every experience. The vast collections are the foundation for the culturally diverse curriculum, which offers a rare opportunity for learning. As an organization, SEEC is a leader in the field of museum-based education and influences practice within museums and schools. Our educators apply best practices recognized in the early childhood field and enrich the children’s learning through an object-based approach to teaching, sharing the rich stories associated with these objects in ways that make the curriculum deeper and richer. Museum educators within the program build on the practice established within the SEEC model, serving as content experts on the museums and blending theory and practice as a basis for outside consulting and professional development.

Lyme Nursery School is a non-profit, cooperative nursery school whose purpose is to promote the social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and artistic growth of young children. This is accomplished by fostering self-esteem, self-control, respect for others, and a sense of security with both peers and adults. In order to meet the educational needs of young children, the school provides an enriching environment that stimulates learning, imagination, and creative expression, and encourages the development of each child’s communication and problem-solving skills. In addition to the social and academic aspects of our program, LNS places great emphasis on time spent outdoors, helping children to explore the environment and world around them.
