Founded in 1967, the North Huntington Beach Community Nursery School is a parent participation preschool with a philosophy based on the respect of children as competent and capable individuals. It offers a child-centered, play-based curriculum that provides daily opportunities to build, create, get messy and take risks. NHBCNS is a parent-participation program that allows families to grow, learn and be nurtured together.
