RASA- Ramana Sunritya Aaalya is an organization founded in 1989 by Dr.Ambika Kameshwar The relentless enthusiasm of Educators, Child Development Specialists, Psychologists, Counsellors, Visual and Performing Arts Specialists under the able leadership of Dr Ambika Kameshwar from 1989, has been able to strive hard to achieve Empowerment to all through Unifying Experience of Indian Theatre Art techniques which helps in fostering holistic development in individuals with mental and physical challenges. By Definition, and by nature, the Theatre Arts are inclusive and therefore foster Holistic Development without differentiation. They provide a space that breaks barriers of every kind, including those caused by differences in intellectual or physical ability, and fosters Self Exploration Dr. Ambika Kameshwar & her team have been successful in transforming the lives of more than 10,000 children & adults from both under privileged differently able backgrounds. Currently RASA has a full time dedicated team of 25 staff members, including all of the above mentioned experts and all of them have undergone intensive training in RASA's area of work - namely Life Skills Training and Holistic Empowerment through The Theatre Arts - as RASA provides a one year University Recognized Training Course for its Trainers. Our work of the past two and half decades has been well recognized and we have received several Awards for our work , including the 'For The Sake Of Honor' which is the highest Award of the Rotary , The Titles of Bharata Kala Ratna , Seva Kala Bharathi , Bharathi Praskar , Sathya Seva Sundaram Samskara Ratna and the prestigious Kalaimamani Award from the Govt. of Tamil Nadu Currently RASA has a full time dedicated team of 25 staff members and 8 to 10 volunteers helping on a regular basis. The NGO sustains itself by donations from individuals, groups of individuals and organizations who believe in Empowerment to all. Our vision is to help build a just society and our mission to secure rights, health and development for marginalized people. We work with the most disadvantaged people, giving priority to women and children - people living with HIV, tuberculosis and leprosy; Dalits (literally 'broken people' - the 'untouchables' of India) and the most discriminated among them; Tribals (indigenous people), women in prostitution, transgendered people, sexual minorities (LGBT), children at risk and people with disability. Our strategy is to mainstream gender, child rights, disability and the needs of the most disadvantaged people of the area. We provide direct services to fill gaps in existing facilities where necessary. But the main strategy is to encourage and support community volunteers and community based organizations to advocate for their rights and entitlements. Bangalore Rural Educational and Development Society (BREADS) is a non-governmental organization committed to sustainable development. Founded in the year 1993, it is dedicated to the empowerment of the marginalized poor in Kerala and Karnataka State of India irrespective of their caste, creed, gender or political affiliations. BREADS works through the Partners (Don Bosco Development Offices) working at grass root level. BREADS is more involved in policy matters, Capacity building, fundraising and collaborating with the government and non-government funding agencies, while the development partners concentrates on the implementation of the program, its management and monitoring. Over the past 19 years, BREADS has maintained a strong donor base of supporters, a consistent network of thousands of volunteers, development organizations, developmental and technical professionals and hundreds of grassroots level people's organizations actively involved in the development process. BREADS stands for sustainable community development and development of the youths and children by addressing the basic individual and community needs of the marginalized on a long-term basis. Ever since its origin, BREADS has been in the forefront to fight poverty by assisting the poor to enhance their education and skills to find livelihood and sustainable living conditions. Over the years it has helped more than 75000 youths, children and women through various programs/projects and has been actively involved in community initiatives.

We are a South African registered charity dedicated to encouraging disadvantaged individuals and communities to develop to their full potential in sport, education and health. We are committed to using sport as a tool to develop the disadvantaged and vulnerable youth. We do this by; 1. Using direct sports coaching - for its health benefits, improved emotional well being and increased life skills (teamwork, leadership, decision making, communication). 2. Using sport to discuss critical issues - by delivering curriculums on topics such as HIV / AIDS awareness in a fun and interactive manner on the sports field. 3. Using sport for improved education - by providing pathways to success for talented and dedicated individuals through scholarships to top local schools and tertiary education.

Iko established an orphanage home in Andhra Pradesh , India. Our home "Mamare" was inaugurated on august 29, 2006. At this moment (2015) 35 children are living in our home as a family. Healthy food, good hygiene, sports and recreation and most of all education are the pillars of their future.
