Our mission is to partner with maternity hospitals in order to transform the quality of healthcare and patient experience by: Helping the medical staff have access to resources that ensure quality care; Raising funds to meet maternity hospitals' immediate and emerging needs; Increasing access to perinatal care of women, especially those in need through awareness-raising and advocacy campaigns and education classes Providing basic necessities for families in need with newborn babies.

To empower communities, especially women and youth, to grow food, improve nutrition, and build sustainable livelihoods through accessible, education-based gardening solutions. We work to combat food insecurity by making gardening simple, dignified, and scalable. We promote agricultural education through school and household-based programs. Thereafter, we create pathways to income generation through community training, mentorship, and micro-enterprise support.

Our mission is "Creating opportunities to overcome vulnerabilities" and our vision is "Empower vulnerable with equal opportunities" We do this through the four thematic pillars of the organization as indicated: Pillar one: protections 1. Child protection 2. Protection of women and people living with disabilities 3. Emergency Respond for recovery and rehabilitation 4. Free legal aid for women and girl child on cases of gender-based violence (GBV) and free legal aid for disable persons 5. Civic education for enhancement of human rights and promotion of peace, gender equity, and right governance. NIGEE envisions a society and a future of self-determining and self-reliant girls and women. To achieve this, we have a mission to leverage community and other resources to equip girls with knowledge and skills for productive and fulfilled adult life. The Initiative identifies and taps into community resources to support girls' education and training as a foundation for self-reliance and self-determination in and beyond basic needs. Since initiation, our goal has been to generate local resources and return back to school girls who dropped out mainly due to early pregnancy and child marriage. NIGEE's core values and mandate are to protect, promote and ensure that all rights of women and girls are respected. We focus specifically on the rights to education and sexual and reproductive health. The right to education is a bridge to other rights, and education gives young women choices and the power to decide over their own lives and bodies. Indeed, the cascading benefits of female education to girls, their families and community underscores the imperative of supporting girls' education and secondary education is particularly critical for breaking the cycle of poverty and addressing a host of other indicators of poor health. NIGEE employs two advocacy approaches: Human Rights Based approach (conventional) and Societal Responsibility approach (crafted by NIGEE's Patron). We believe that making our community a safe place for girls and women is everyone's responsibility. To support our activities, we focus on mobilization of local resources through social entrepreneurship. This is our pillar to sustainability and ownership; external resources are supplemental. Through championing local resource mobilization initiatives, we aim at facilitating sustainable community-owned educational model to enhance school re-enrolment, retention, attendance and learning outcomes by girls who resume school after dropping out. For the girls who are in our program and those who also dropped out of school due to teen pregnancy in their communities, we plan to initiate retreats during school holidays were we provide education, information sharing and contraceptives so that they do not continue to have more children.

It was established in 2004 to support marginalized groups, displaced people, refugees, women, widows, orphans, violence against children,Education violence against women, peace. Our organization would like to have cooperation and partnership in Implementation of programs, projects in partnership with you in Iraq. Our organization enjoys good relations with international bodies and international organizations and has activities in implementing various programs. We would like you to work with your honorable organization by financing projects related to marginalized groups, and we are now living in emergency conditions in Iraq where Iraq has witnessed conflicts and battles leading to large numbers of displaced persons and On the other hand, the spread of this deadly epidemic, as Iraq witnessed frightening numbers, which led to the deterioration of the economic situation in the country, and these two matters led to an emergency situation for these marginalized groups in the country.

Our mission is for girls and young women around the world to have equal access to sport and to provide them with skills and abilities that will broaden their opportunities to fulfil their potential. We aim to use the power of football as a catalyst for change, levelling the playing field with respect to economic and gender disparities around the world. We seek to do this by: 1) Establishing safe spaces where girls and women can engage in play, training and competitions -these can be clubs, partnered programmes, competitions, workshops, school delivery, etc. but always ensuring they are are inclusive and bespoke to the participants. 2) Using our Girls United Methodology to deliver content that is focused on developing individuals both on and off the pitch. The syllabus and coaching methodology is integrated with life skills and opportunities to empower participantes, supporting them to find their voices and chase their dreams. 3) By creating agents of change within communities, we seek to challenge limiting gender norms, diminish discrimination and gender violence and change mentalities within entire communities which will favour growth and inclusion for all.

Our Programs: Our programs are designed to plant the seeds of dignity and self-reliance by providing the tools and knowledge for real, lasting change-empowering children to grow their own food instead of relying on free meals, helping women build sustainable livelihoods instead of depending on handouts, and equipping youth with the skills and opportunities to rewrite their futures and lead change. Food Security & Environmental Stewardship: We promote sustainable agriculture, food security, and environmental education through school gardens and school nutrition kitchens as part of our Education Without Hunger program-enabling children and communities to grow their own food, conserve natural resources, and adopt environmentally responsible practices that support ecosystem sustainability. The children consume the organic vegetables grown in their school and home gardens-gardens they have been empowered to cultivate through the knowledge and skills we have provided. By doing so, they have become nourished, overcoming malnutrition, and achieving food security within their communities. We are also working toward integrating Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) into national policy, advocating for sustainability, climate action, and self-sufficiency to become core components of the education system. Social Entrepreneurship & Sustainable Livelihoods: Through the Green Empowerment Project, we equip women with skills and resources to develop ethical, sustainable livelihoods by transforming waste into wealth; -Training in sustainable social entrepreneurship: Equipping women with skills and ethical production methods. -Promoting eco-friendly, locally sourced products: Encouraging the creation of products from recycled, natural, and biodegradable materials. Examples of waste-to-wealth products: Banana fiber bags & accessories made from discarded banana tree trunks. Palmyra leaf products and other biodegradable alternatives. By promoting sustainable entrepreneurship, we empower women to generate income, achieve self-sufficiency, and contribute to a greener, more resilient economy. Empowering Women & Promoting Gender Equality: We address gender-based violence through prevention and transformation: -Prevention - Self-defense training for women to enhance confidence, safety, and empowerment. -Transformation - Educating boys on positive masculinity, consent, and respect for women to break cycles of violence and inequality. Pls note: We have developed a curriculum and are currently producing e-learning videos to scale this as an Ed-Tech module in schools. Our Founder-President has already trained over 200,000 women and 30,000 boys in Indian public schools and villages through this program, proving its effectiveness. With the necessary funding, we are prepared to implement this tried-and-tested model in Sri Lankan schools to create long-term impact. Youth Skill-Building & Employment We are launching our first Ed-Tech module in the second half of this year, focusing on spoken English with integrated environmental education. Additionally, we are exploring a partnership with a digital platform offering job-ready courses that we hope to roll out next year. With the necessary funding, we aim to provide access to these courses for outstanding students, equipping Sri Lankan youth with the relevant skills needed to secure meaningful careers and contribute to economic growth. Our Commitment: By embedding sustainability into education, livelihoods, and social systems, we create lasting impact beyond aid, ensuring every initiative leads to a stronger, self-sufficient, and resilient Sri Lanka.

To make that vision a reality, p.h. balanced films supports women working toward social justice and policy change through multi-day knowledge exchange sessions on the use of film and storytelling for advocacy purposes and a mentorship program to provide ongoing, global support of their efforts.
