(1) The Air Force Association of Canada, formerly the Royal Canadian Air Force Association was established in 1948 as the national advocacy group to support and promote the Royal Canadian Air Force and to unite Air Force veterans of the Second World War. (2) The Royal Canadian Air Force Association Trust was established in 1975 under the authority of Association By-Law 7(g)(iii) after endorsement, as a Silver Anniversary project at the 1973 Annual General Meeting of the Association (NEC 52-13). (3) The Trust is a subsidiary of the Air Force Association of Canada, created in accordance with the Trust Agreement, included at Annex A, responsible for raising and distributing funds at the National level for the Association charitable and heritage programs. (4) The Trust is a registered charitable organization.

Les amis de la montagne is a registered, charitable organization, founded in 1986 in Montreal, Quebec. Four strategic orientations guide Les amis’ activities to realize its mission to be: 1. A unifying force for Mount Royal, responsive to the community’s interests; 2. The reference organization for education about and interpretation of difference aspects of Mount Royal; 3. A lead player in the conservation of the historic and natural heritage of Mount Royal; 4. A primary actor in the enhancement of Mount Royal and in the development of services and programs that respond to community needs while respecting the objectives of protecting the mountain.

Our program is dedicated to respecting and responding to the individual needs of the child. The environment and adults will provide children with a variety of opportunities to learn through their play and interactions. Each child grows and develops at different rates and styles of learning; therefore, our program is based on the observed needs, cultural differences and uniqueness of each child with the support of parents and community. Our program recognizes that families and parents are the primary caregivers in each child’s life and is committed to respecting the values and opinions of parents, while ensuring the child’s emotional, physical, social, creative and intellectual developmental needs are met.

About the Gut Conservation Area The Gut Conservation Area is a 162 ha site located eleven kilometers east of Apsley on concession 1, in the extreme northern corner of Lake Township, County of Hastings. The land is rugged with many outcrops of Precambrian rocks interspersed with dense bush and a mixed hardwood forest. It encompass a prominent geological feature, known locally as the ``Gut`` which is a large gorge and waterfall through which the Crowe River flows for about 230 meters. The fissure that forms the gorge is over 30 meters in width. The gorge presents a breath taking glimpse of this unique terrain. The Gut Conservation Area was purchased to create a public open space area which would preserve and protect this important feature of the Crowe River Watershed. The area is unique to the watershed and its rugged scenic beauty is unmatched in eastern Ontario

Les Scouts francophones located in Coquitlam, Victoria & Kamloops, provide the youth with: A French exposure to, and knowledge of, many indoor and outdoor activities such as: wilderness survival, compass reading and orientation, map reading,etc. Development of personal skills and abilities such as: leadership, team work, presentation skills, and creative skills. A sense of community service and responsibility; an understanding of human dignity, respect, and confidence in themselves and their role in the community. Personal discipline; setting progressive personal goals and objectives, meeting challenges and celebrating their successes. Basic training in specific areas such as: canoeing, first-aid, water safety, etc. Exposure to our French heritage and a chance to communicate in French with senior and retired Scout members. Indoor and outdoor camping, excursions, survival camps, outings, Camporees, Jamborees and adventures for all.

The Coquitlam Montessori Society has been a registered non profit charity since 1985. Originally formed in 1983 when a group of parents, who wanted another alternative in our public school system for their children, worked together with the School District #43 (Coquitlam) to incorporate the Montessori philosophy into the public school system. The CMS follows the Society Act of BC and it's bylaws and is a registered Nonprofit Organization. Since the beginning, Montessori parents have volunteered their time to raise funds from the Montessori families to: 1) Inform, educate and market the program to the general public 2) Purchase Montessori equipment for new and existing classrooms 3) Financially support teachers with Montessori training, conferences and workshops

The Newfoundland and Labrador Sexual Assault Crisis and Prevention Centre is committed to providing all core programs and services free of charge to the public. These services include: - 24-hour toll free information and crisis support phone line to the entire province; confidential and anonymous - support during emergency medical procedures available 24 hours a day (free transportation for victim) - support groups for individuals who have been affected by sexual violence - in person peer support by appointment - referrals to community agencies and other supports - accompaniment to legal and/or police procedures - presentations to any group interested in learning about sexual violence topics (including consent, healthy relationships, sexual violence and the law, body image and self esteem) - mailouts of brochures, posters and other education materials throughout the province - information on the Centre via website

Established in 1945, the CFP's mandate is the advancement of the profession of pharmacy. Since 2004, funds raised by the Foundation have supported innovative projects and research that will optimize the expertise of pharmacy in the area of medication management. The Centre is a community-based resource providing individuals with access to equipment, by offering short-term equipment loans. This program assists those of all ages and their service providers to assess the everyday usefulness of a communication device by trying it, for a ten-week period. The centre also provides training and consultation to increase the knowledge and awareness of this technology. OARC relies on donations from Individuals, Corporations and Foundations for the purchase and maintenance of the devices in the Equipment Loan Program. 100% of your gift supports the Loan Program.
