BFEF's commitment is to help maintain sustainable fisheries in our local waterways & lakes, introducing kids to fishing, conservation of Bridgeport waterways, and supporting local & outdoor programs.

Conservation Volunteers International Program is dedicated to helping sustain some of the world's greatest landscapes, cultural heritage sites and biodiversity.  We offer volunteer travel to some extraordinary destinations where the trip participants volunteer on environmental conservation projects. Volunteer projects include maintaining and building trails, restoring cultural heritage sites, and protecting and restoring critical biological and natural habitats.

We offer free advice to Earth-loving organizations and assist some through fiscal sponsorship. Our mission to create waves of cultural change is through the making of media and events that promote holistic environmental awareness and encourage local action. As a boutique nonprofit, we value fun, festivity, playfulness, and a personal touch throughout our work.

The Celebration of the Sea Foundation works to ENGAGE, EDUCATE and INSPIRE people around the world to protect the ocean and the world’s natural resources. A specific focus of all our initiatives is to develop resilient communities and promote STREAM (Science, Technology, Resiliency, Engineering, Arts & Music) education and career paths.

Environmental Quality, Protection and Beautification

The mission of Luther Burbank Home & Gardens is to preserve the home and gardens of Luther Burbank and to share the living legacy of his life, ideals and contributions to the field of horticulture. In furtherance of this mission the organization will strive to: interpret Luther Burbank’s life, work and times for modern audiences; preserve and enhance the artifacts, the site, the structures, and the significant plant materials; serve the needs of Luther Burbank scholars; utilize the talent of volunteers to conduct the Home & Gardens programs; and provide a focus for fund-raising efforts as necessary for the support of the goals established by the Luther Burbank Home & Gardens board.

The mission of the Peace River Botanical & Sculpture Gardens, Inc. is to provide a natural setting along the Peace River showcasing world class sculpture and unique botanicals to inspire creativity throughout the community and the opportunity for education and research.

The Napa Valley Vine Trail Coalition is a grass-roots nonprofit with a vision to build a walking/biking trail system to connect the entire Napa Valley--physically, artistically, and culturally. We are working to design, fund, construct, and maintain 47 safe and scenic miles of level, paved, family-friendly, free-access Class I trail, from the ferry building in Vallejo all the way to Calistoga throught the famed Napa Valley, California.

Players for the Planet works to unite all athletes to bring lasting and measurable transformation to the Earth. We believe the responsibility to preserve and protect our planet falls on each and every one of us. As professional athletes, we are fortunate enough to have a powerful platform and the resources we need to create positive change in our world when it needs our help more than ever. We seek to unite to make sustainability and environmental responsibility foundational values of our sport.
