The Highland Support Project (HSP) is a direct aid model to reduce the separation between donors and community-based change agents to assist Indigenous communities to be able to stay on their land, in the community, and with their culture. HSP supports the development of social capital and increasing the acumen of leadership to identify and take advantage of opportunities. HSP takes a different approach to development. One based on hope, not dependency, opportunity, not charity.
