Auroville is one of the world's great centers of environmental education with projects in 14 Indian states and outreach to 30 countries spanning the globe. Auroville Unity Fund is committed to provide the financial means to Auroville in securing the land, by consolidating and acquiring strategic lands for water, organic farming, reforestation and expanding the work, demo sites, training and outreach in regenerative work and culture. Gruppo Aleimar is a non-profit voluntary organization that deals with children and families in need both in Italy and abroad, through the Distance Support, projects of development and awareness-raising and human development activities on the Italian territory. The main areas of our development projects are: 1. Education: taking charge of children in family (natural or adoptive), in foster homes and shelters, schooling and vocational training. 2. Health and hygiene awareness: support to clinics and / or hospitals, funding of surgical operations, seminars for young mothers. 3. Women promotion: start-up of agriculture and livestock, creation of production cooperatives, micro-credit financing. 4. Rural villages' development: water well, kindergarten, solar energy for light and water pumps. 5. Women' refuge and social housing for families in temporary need. The Aleimar Group is active today in 12 countries (Benin, Brazil, Colombia, D.R. Congo, Eritrea, India, Italy, Malawi, Palestine, Kenya, Lebanon, Zambia) with more than 50 projects and takes care directly of 600 children (what we call distance support) and, indirectly, of other 2,500 children that we follow within our projects. The Group comprises Aleimar for overseas project; Tuendelee for Italian projects and Prema, a cooperative for mentally disabled youth. The Group hires five people and relays on the voluntary service of 140 people. Its annual turnover is abt.1,2 million euro and overhead cost is less than 10%. Its balance sheet is checked and approved by internal auditors. We have been granted a seal of quality "Donare con fiducia" by the Istituto Italiano Donazione. In 30 years of activity the Group has helped more than 10.000 children/families, has built more than 100 foster homes, orphanages, schools and water wells.

To empower the disabled citizens by establishing a "Valley for the Disabled' as a Rehabilitation and development center for the region and to develop models for self-help initiatives by integrating the disabled individuals with the society for improved living conditions in the village.

JABALA seeks to empower Children & Youth in difficult situation to meet with confidence and imagination the challenges of life. To pursue physical well being and to serve others with a generous, compassionate spirit. Strives in partnership with supportive families and community, to prevent all forms of abuse against Children & Youth. Advocates for equal rights for the vulnerable Children & Youth with policy makers.

Our purpose is to reduce poverty, bring hope and solidarity to poor communities or individuals in France and worldwide. We bring assistance to families, children and young people but also to the most vulnerable (homelesses, migrants, prisoners etc.). We fight against isolation, help them to find employement and we ensure their social reintegration. We provide emergency responses but also long term support, development aid and we work on the causes of poverty. The action of Secours Catholique finds all its meaning in a global vision of poverty which aims at restoring the human person's dignity and is part and parcel of sustainable development. This daily mission led in the field by the local teams and delegations, with the support of national headquarters, pursues three major objectives which aim at exceeding the distribution action and limited aid: Receiving to reply to the primary needs (supplying food and/or health care aid, proposing accommodation, establishing an exchange and a fraternal dialogue, etc) Supporting to restore social ties (bringing together people in difficulty with an aim to reinsertion, encouraging personal initiatives and collective projects, establishing a mutual support helper-receiver of help relationship, etc) Developing to strengthen solidarity (proposing long lasting solutions, establishing a follow-up over the long term, encouraging collective actions carried out by people in difficulty etc.)

Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe provides humanitarian aid worldwide. It supports people who have fallen victim of natural disasters, war and displacement and who are not able to cope on their own in the emergency situation they find themselves in. It is an effort to help people in great need - worldwide, regardless of their colour, religion and nationality.

TOLFA's mission is to develop and provide vital healthcare and support for sick, injured and neglected animals, to save lives and protect communities through the provision of preventative measures such as rabies vaccination and to nurture empowerment and hope in those communities by creating inclusive opportunities for education, training and employment.

Hope's mission is bring hope to the marginalised sections of the society. We focus in our work on those who are affected by alcohol and drugs, those suffering from HIV/AIDS and also on those who are persons with disabilities as well as disasters. One of the focus areas is visual impairment which is addressed under the banner of The Project Vision. We do it by promoting eye donation and also providing eye care facilities for the rural poor people. The motto is 'let everyone see'. HOPE Recovery Centre, Belgaum: A30 bedded treatment facility for the alcoholics and drug addicts based at Piranwadi, Belgaum, established in 1999. SUPPPORT, Bangalore: Care centre for the HIV/AIDS affected persons at the Sumanahalli campus, Magadi road, which can provide residential care and rehabilitation for 30 persons. SUPPPORT, Belgaum: Care centre for the HIV/AIDS affected persons at Camp, Belgaum which can provide residential care and rehabilitation for 15 persons. Bangalore Cares for Nepal is our intervention for the earthquake affected persons in Nepal. We focus on education and shelter. We also promote voluntary work in this field.

Humane Animal Society (HAS) is established to act as a strong network of compassionate, committed and courageous people who will protect animals against cruelty and work to bring about a change in attitudes, laws and life-styles towards improving conditions for animals in and around Coimbatore. HAS strives for animal liberation through treatment, rescues, rehabilitation and humane education. HAS conducts periodic workshops to instil compassion and love towards all species and make this world a better place for humans and animals alike.

BridgIT's Program objective is to provide improved drinking water to rural areas in developing countries. This is achieved by delivering suitable, accessible and sustainable water solutions closer within each rural community relieving the economic and health burdens of searching long distances for long periods of time to collect water from open contaminated and often dangerous sources.
