The mission statement of Just Enduring is to provide grief support to families and those who are close to the families who suffer the tragic death of a child. This support is encompassed in three main objectives: 1. Provide immediate resources to families and those who are close to the families who experience the loss of a child, including information about funeral arrangements, grief support, and other child loss and/or bereavement-related information. 2. Provide peer support to bereaved families and those who are close to the families in the form of connecting new and experienced bereaved families through dinners, visits and other events. 3. The Krueger Hat Trick Foundation is a non-profit organization whole-heartedly devoted to providing financial aid and hope for families inflicted by Congenital Heart Defects/Disease. Every year nearly 40,000 babies are born with CHD, which is nearly 110 children per day. Despite these numbers, CHDs are not widely known about and research is underfunded.
