The Scleral Lens Education Society (SLS) teaches contact lens practitioners the science and art of prescribing scleral contact lenses. SLS supports public education that highlights the benefits and availability of scleral contact lenses.

The World Health and Education Network (WHEN) is dedicated to helping improve education and healthcare throughout the world. WHEN started to raise funds for the charity Calcutta Rescue in Kolkata, India, but it has since expanded its support for a number of non-profit organizations.
