We are a feminist community health clinic in Winnipeg, MB. Since 1981, we've offered a range of client-centred services for women of all ages. We also provide services to males through our Teen Clinics & the Provincial Eating Disorder Prevention & Recovery Program. We emphasize prevention, education and choice. We design our programs and services to encourage and empower people to take charge of their own health. We provide medical and counselling services, health education and information, and undertake advocacy and research on women's health issues. We also train and mentor volunteers in several programs to provide direct service and information to our clients and community members.

Founded in 2007, Women's Resource Center provides trusted, caring support to men and women involved in unintended pregnancies. Over 50% of all pregnancies are unintended, and of those almost 30% end in abortion. WRC touches lives through our free counseling, education and support services. In addition to free pregnancy tests and limited obstetrical ultrasounds, WRC provides accurate information about a woman's 3 choices when faced with an unexpected pregnancy: parenting, adoption or abortion, empowering clients to make the best choice, based upon facts not fears, for themselves and for their child. Material assistance (mom & baby supplies) prenatal and parenting curricula are also available free of charge to clients, as well as abortion recovery, miscarriage and grief and loss support groups.

AWWA works to improve the quality of life for Armenian elders locally and abroad by supporting culturally attuned nursing care (as owner/sponsor of the Armenian Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Boston), providing elder-care grants and services, and preserving Armenian cultural heritage for aging community members.

Our mission is to lead the effort in preventing domestic violence and sexual assault through crisis intervention, assistance, advocacy, empowerment and social change.

Our mission is the prevention of domestic violence through the protection and empowerment of the victim, the rehabilitation of family members, the advocacy for social reform to prevent partner violence, and the education of the public about domestic violence and its consequences.

CAWES helps thousands of women and children each year who are caught in the destructive cycle of domestic violence, adult female sexual assualt victims, and clients who require emergency accomodation . The shelter provides short term accomodation for up to 36 women and/or children at a time. In addition several programs provide the opportunity for clients to receive councelling and assistance during and after their stay. CAWES believes that every individual has a right to a life free from abuse; That providing a broad range of culturally sensative services and shelter will assist families to overcome the impact of family violence; Ending family violence requires societal change through education and awarenes; In the empowerment of women and children to regain control of their lives. The organization operates a women’s health clinic that provides pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, STI/STD screening, well-woman exams and options counseling, with a focus on offering free or low‑cost reproductive‑health services and education to women in the Tallahassee area.

The mission of the East Los Angeles Women's Center is to provide services to women and children, focusing on sexual, domestic, and family violence and hiv/aids. We work to empower and give hope to individuals, families and the community at large with an emphasis on bilingual/bicultural services for the Latino community.
