At Cancer Patient Lab, our mission is to help advanced cancer patients and their caregivers make complex testing and treatment decisions through education and the power of a diverse service provider network. We are patient-centered, data-driven, and supported by a dedicated community of patients, caregivers, doctors, scientists and bioinformaticians. Our goal is to empower and assist in navigating the challenging journey of cancer diagnosis and treatment, ensuring access to accurate information and helping patients shop for services that best meet their needs.

Our mission is to honor Liberty Arnold-Simon’s memory and legacy through a nonprofit foundation that fosters community and connections between and among bereaved DIPG families by providing bereavement services and support, and to assist and improve Liberty’s local community and create greater awareness of DIPG by funding local community programs.

To Heck With Cancer is a nonprofit organization that raises money for Metastatic Breast Cancer (MBC) research. Julia Heck, diagnosed at age 25 with Stage 4 Breast Cancer, founded the organization with the hope to increase awareness about the need for MBC research.

It is our goal to provide a Respite for women with cancer. Cancer treatments are depleting, exhausting, and life changing. We allow women time and space to heal through rest, connection, self care and nature. Women are often the caretakers of the family and a cancer diagnosis impacts the entire family. It can be difficult for women to allow themselves the time and self care that is needed for healing. Our motto is that self care is not selfish! Women often need reminders that you can’t pour from an empty cup. Women greatly benefit from time away from the realities of cancer, a break from family, work and life obligations. Our respites provide a time for women with cancer to focus on their healing, a chance to care for themselves instead of others. It is our mission to spread the message that women need this.

Ink Against Cancer Foundation (IACF) is a grassroots 501(c)(3) non profit organization dedicated to raising cancer awareness and essential funding for Cancer Warriors. This is made possible by uniting local, statewide, and national artists of all media, with a strong focus on the interconnected worlds of tattooing, music, and entertainment, providing financial assistance to help cover daily living expenses for warriors going through their journey.

Our mission is to improve treatment options and find cures for pediatric cancers by funding innovative clinical trials as well as to raise awareness regarding the limited treatment options available to pediatric cancer patients.

The BCRFA raises funds and awareness to support breast‑cancer research conducted in Alabama and to accelerate discoveries that improve diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and survivorship. The mission of the Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation (Meso Foundation) is to eradicate mesothelioma as a life-ending disease. Malignant mesothelioma is a rare cancer of the linings of the chest or abdomen. Asbestos exposure is the only known cause. The Meso Foundation solicits and rigorously reviews applications, and then awards significant grants, for research on the prevention, early detection, and treatment of mesothelioma. Through its web site and literature, its direct communications, and annual Symposium the Foundation provides patients, family members and physicians with hope, encouragement, and information. The Meso Foundation employs a full-time mesothelioma nurse practitioner to help patients navigate their treatments. In addition, the Foundation works to enhance awareness of this disease and to encourage federal funding for research.
