The Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Ohio promotes early detection and awareness of ovarian cancer and supports people affected by the disease through advocacy, education, public outreach, and direct support services.

THE ORGANIZATION RAISES FUNDS AND MAKES GRANTS FOR CANCER RESEARCH.

To accelerate breakthroughs, the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation provides today’s best young scientists with funding to pursue innovative cancer research. We strive to: Identify the best and brightest young scientists in cancer research Accelerate the translation of scientific discoveries into new diagnostic tools and treatments Enable risk-taking on bold new ideas.

Helps people with cancer and their loved ones deal with the emotional and physical impact of cancer through professionally facilitated programs of emotional support, education, wellness and hope. All programs are provided free of charge.

REVENUE RAISED THROUGH SALES OF CONQUER CANCER SPECIALTY LICENSE PLATES, T-SHIRTS, PLAQUES, AND BENEFIT AUCTIONS HELD DURING THE YEAR WILL BE USED TO FUND GRANTS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT WORK TO CONQUER CANCER.

The African American Breast Cancer Alliance, Inc (AABCA) is dedicated to building and sharing awareness, connections, education, resources and support for African American/Black women, men, families and communities affected by breast cancer.

The Foundation's mission is to Detect, Treat, Educate, and Eliminate breast cancer: To raise and award funds for breast cancer detection, for breast cancer treatment, for education on the importance of early and regular screenings, and for research to eliminate the disease. Approximately 90% of the Foundation's grants will continue to be granted to charities and non-profits in Fauquier and Loudoun counties, with the other 10% to regional research.

The Pap Corps, Champions for Cancer Research mission is to enable and support through the funds we raise, the vital research programs at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. More than 50 chapters and 21,000 members are dedicated to supporting research for all types of cancer at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, the only academic hospital in our community. Since 1952, The Pap Corps donated more than $50 million dollars to achieve our vision because Research Matters!

The Cancer Association of Darke County provides local support, information, referrals and practical assistance to Darke County residents affected by cancer. They focus on patient education, help with transportation and supplies, and volunteer-driven services to reduce barriers to treatment and care.

The Israel Cancer Research Fund, an American organization, directly funds the cancer research projects of outstanding scientists and physicians in Israel. Since 1975, ICRF has awarded more than 2600 grants, totaling over $82 million.

To raise and distribute funds to help children fighting cancer. Our primary focus for distribution of donations is to help pay for the cost of experimental cancer treatments, resources for travel to these treatments and any meals or lodging needed while receiving them.“By The Kid, for the kids!”
