THE CORPORATION IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO HOSPICE OF NORTH CENTRAL OHIO WHO PROVIDES PALLIATIVE AND SUPPORTIVE CARE FOR TERMINALLY ILL PERSONS AND THEIR FAMILIES AND TO HOLD REAL ESTATE, CASH AND INVESTMENTS FOR THE SUPPORT OF PROVIDING HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE SERVICES IN KNOX COUNTY, OHIO.
