We offer compassionate support to members of our community who have experienced the loss of a loved one. We lead the health and human services community in improving the provision of care to those affected by serious illness.

The LAM Foundation urgently seeks safe and effective treatments and ultimately a cure for lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) through advocacy and the funding of promising research. We are dedicated to serving the scientific, medical and patient communities by offering information, resources and a worldwide network of hope and support.

The Cystinosis Research Foundation is dedicated to finding better treatments to improve the quality of life for those with cystinosis and to ultimately find a cure for this devastating disease.CRF is committed to finding a cure through an aggressively funded research agenda. CRF issues research grants bi-annually to accelerate the research process and to ensure that there is never a gap in funding new cutting-edge research ideas. We are focused and determined to improve the quality of life for our patients and to find better treatments, including a cure, for our adults and children living with cystinosis

Monroe Harding’s mission is to change young people’s lives. Our cause is to ensure that foster care youth and other vulnerable young people build a solid foundation of strengths that position them for success in adulthood. Our cause and mission are accomplished through trauma and resiliency informed programs and services in foster care, supportive housing, clinical emotional and mental health support services, and education, career development, and life skills support services.

Austin Smiles – The Austin Plastic Surgery Foundation is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide sustainable surgical care to children born with cleft lip and cleft palate both in Central Texas and Latin America.

The Center for Well-Being’s (CWB) mission is to improve the health and well-being of our community through evidence-based health practices and innovative programs that advance health equity for all. Our vision is to improve community health through inclusive and just policies, programs, and services. To achieve this, we offer specialty clinical services and community-based empowerment programs, and each year we serve over 25,000 individuals of all ages. Our clinical services include nutrition therapy and a cardiac rehabilitation center to help individuals achieve optimal health. At a community level, we promote whole-person wellness by engaging with residents and offering education, support, and access to resources to help them be well.
