The Primary Purpose Is To Provide And Promote Community-Based Living Accommodations For Persons With Mental Retardation And Developmental Disabilities Within Supervised And Unsupervised Home-Like Environments And To Provide Education And Formal Training So As To Raise Their Functioning Levels.
