AIDS Community Care Montreal (ACCM)

Since 1987, ACCM has been responding to the needs of Montrealers infected and affected by HIV/AIDS. We offer a wide range of programs and services for people living with HIV/AIDS including a Drop In Resource Centre, support groups, a Buddy Program, a Buyers’ Club for food and vitamins and a variety of seminars on HIV/AIDS related topics. All of these services and programs are vital to the hundreds of Montrealers who use them. ACCM also offers education and prevention workshops to schools and other groups in the community. Our prevention work seeks to empower people to make informed decisions about their health and sexuality.

We design our programs and services to encourage and empower people to take charge of their own health. We provide medical and counselling services, health education and information, and undertake advocacy and research on women's health issues.
