We work with people to promote their health, well-being and inclusion in society.We assist individuals through various prevention, awareness and educational services and activities. We remain active in our community to defend their rights and to give voice to their needs and concerns. Harm reduction guides all our interventions. Our approach, pragmatic and humanistic, places the participation of people at the core of our action.

Leader Dogs for the Blind breeds and trains dogs (and future owners) to assist the blind. Our mission is empowering people who are blind or visually impaired with lifelong skills for safe and independent daily travel. To promote awareness of ovarian cancer and to provide education to women and the health care community; To offer support to all ovarian cancer survivors by providing opportunities for networking, education and community outreach; To advocate for public policy, research, and funding for ovarian cancer.

Our experienced counsellors are fully trained and qualified at a Masters level or higher. They are men and women from a variety of backgrounds who share high professional standards, and a commitment to listening and helping. Counselling is non-denominational and respects each client's values, religion, race and gender.

We provide essential and transformative eyecare, around the world and right here at home. We bring medical volunteers and partners together to care for the people who need it most. Our teams work side-by-side with local doctors and clinics to improve access to high-quality eyecare. Together we break the cycle of hardship that blindness and visual impairment cause, making patients, families, and communities healthier and stronger.

The mission of the New Jersey Rett Syndrome Association is to contribute towards an improved quality of life for girls and women affected by Rett syndrome. We beleive that by raising awareness, we can foster public attitudes conducive to early intervention, treatment, support and research of Rett syndrome.

We provide a safe residence for women to get healing from abuse, trauma and substance use. Empathy House uses the empowerment philosophy in all aspects of the treatment program which inlcudes educational groups,counselling,art therapy, nutrition, chores and 24 hour care.
