The HIV & AIDS Legal Clinic Ontario provides free legal services to people living with or affected by HIV/AIDS in the province of Ontario. We are a registered charity. Donations allow us to meet the ongoing and increasing need for direct legal services. We practice "poverty law". Areas of law which particularly affect our clients include legal matters related to housing and shelter, income maintenance, social assistance and other similar government programs, human rights, health, employment and education.
