American Muslim Health Professionals (AMHP) is a non-profit organization with an outreach of over 7000 health professionals and students working to leverage the educational background and skills of Muslims in the health care sector to improve the health of Americans.

Our mission as the central voice in Michigan is to help prevent Lyme Disease and other Tick-Borne Disorders while providing support and education to Lyme Disease patients, caregivers, Health Care Professionals and the general public.

Days for Girls is turning periods into pathways: We increase access to menstrual care and education by developing global partnerships, cultivating Social Entrepreneurs, mobilizing volunteers and innovating sustainable solutions that shatter stigma and limitations for women and girls.

Founded in 1996, this community based organization provides health care services through its legacy namesake, The James A. Watson Wellness Center. The non-profit charity foundation, Preventive Care Pathways, also provides educational outreach to underserved and/or marginalized communities throughout the Bay Area. Our goal is to decrease the disparities in health care services, education and mortality outcomes among those most marginalized or underserved through culturally sensitive care and education. We seek to start at the beginning, with the Youth of our community and "Keep Youth Alive" and firmly believe that "Art Saves Lives". The primary function of Preventive Care Pathways in serving the community is to bring together the resources that are most beneficial to our youth followed by incorporating Youth and their needs within the community of Adults in business and medicine, and especially in science, technology, reading, engineering, arts and mathematics or, in short, "S.T.R.E.A.M." "Remember, your health is your wealth and if you knew better you would do better! (c)". So we move to bring all of the educational instruments to our Youth and those who are there to support them, starting with our Youth in Arts Project. Please give generously and give frequently. Black Women for Wellness is a multi-generational, community-based organization committed to the health and well-being of Black women and girls by building healthy communities through access and development of health education, awareness, empowerment and advocacy opportunities and activities.

Founded in 2003, Advocates for Community Wellness (A4CW). is to promote a culture of health through education of healthy lifestyles, fitness and nutrition. We seek to raise awareness, reduce health disparities and risk factors linked to chronic diseases in underserved communities.

Our mission is to educate and aid families battling cancer with patient centered programs focusing on facilitating continued interaction between school and patients through Monkey In My Chair program. As well as fund cures for pediatric brain cancer.

Blue Faery's mission is to prevent, treat and cure primary liver cancer, specifically Hepatocellular Carcinoma, through research, education, and advocacy. Our work will improve the quality of life for HCC patients, support their caregivers and give them hope, information, and a voice.

The American Medical Women’s Association is an organization which functions at the local, national, and international level to advance women in medicine, advocate for equity, and ensure excellence in healthcare. We achieve this by providing and developing leadership, advocacy, education, expertise, mentoring, and strategic alliances.
