Mission:BRAIN expands access to safe, life-saving neurosurgical care for patients who would otherwise go untreated. We partner with hospitals, train local teams, and strengthen systems so every patient — no matter where they live — has a chance at high-quality care. Our work combines surgical missions, education, mentorship, and capacity-building. We support surgeons, trainees, and nurses through hands-on training, research programs, and long-term collaborations that grow local expertise. At the same time, we connect a global network of volunteers and partner hospitals to deliver care in underserved regions and build solutions that last. Everything we do is driven by equity, compassion, and the belief that specialized care should never depend on geography or income.

The Living Well Foundation is a nonprofit youth/family health and development organization established in 2006 in the state of Missouri. The mission of the Living Well Foundation is to create healthier individuals/families through experiential learning. Our current focus deals with obesity. Camp Jump Start, an award winning and nationally recognized ?best practice? in the treatment of childhood obesity assisted in developing the strategies at the Living Well Village to prevent obesity using a holistic approach. Our philosophy is ?fair does not mean that everyone gets the same treatment---fair is that a person gets what they need?. This opens the doors for education to those with limited means. The Living Well Village wishes to have room for anyone seeking knowledge so that they may take personal responsibility for their own health. Because when ?we know better, we can do better? and then we teach our family. This is how we change the course of health issues in the world today.

Despite significant reductions across the nation, tobacco use is still the number one cause of preventable death in the United States, killing more than 400,000 people every year. Since being established in 1999, the American Legacy Foundation (Legacy) has developed a comprehensive understanding of the tobacco crisis and the many issues that surround it. Legacy is the nation's largest and most effective independent public health charity dedicated to tobacco use prevention and smoking cessation. Our mission is to build a world where young people reject tobacco and anyone can quit. By giving young people the facts and information they need to reject tobacco and adult smokers the tools they need to quit and stay quit, Legacy is helping people live longer, healthier lives. Legacy employs community intervention and population-based public education strategies to reach current and potential tobacco users, customizing our approach to recognize, respect and address cultural differences.

The Tivoli Fund supports organizations with a focus on improving lives. This fund will split donations evenly between No Dogs Left Behind, One Mission, World Central Kitchen, GLAD, and One Tree Planted. No Dogs Left Behind is a leader in global animal rescue. Through international alliances and local resources, we engage in every step of rescue. From emergency response to dog adoption, No Dogs Left Behind stands by our survivors every step of the way. One Mission programs make living in the hospital less lonely and stressful, bring back joy in a time of fear and uncertainty, and give kids and their loved ones the support they need to get through the emotional and financial challenges of treatment. World Central Kitchen uses the power of food to nourish communities and strengthen economies through times of crisis and beyond. Through strategic litigation, public policy advocacy, and education, GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders (GLAD) works in New England and nationally to create a just society free of discrimination based on gender identity and expression, HIV status, and sexual orientation. We Promote Health is a Howard County, Maryland based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. This is achieved by: Developing strategic community partnerships   Serving as a leader in coordinating community-wide initiatives to motivate all stake holders     to focus on wellness, in the broadest sense, by leveraging all of our assets, relationships and resources.   Providing on-going opportunities for stake holders to become engaged and stay engaged. Providing an opportunity for other wellness organizations and professionals, who share the same spirit of giving, a platform to improve lives through physical activity, nutrition and health education. 

In 2000, Episcopal priest Bill Rankin and renowned neurosurgeon Dr. Charlie Wilson launched GAIA to increase health equity globally and to bring life-saving treatment to one of the countries most impacted by the AIDS epidemic. Today, with GAIA’s support, Malawi is one of the first African countries to meet UNAIDS 2020 90-90-90 treatment targets, even in the most remote districts with the highest HIV prevalence, where we work. Throughout our history, GAIA has adapted our services to provide compassionate, patient-centered healthcare. We meet the immediate needs of the population by providing community-based health services and health education while also strengthening Malawi's healthcare workforce for the long-term by accelerating health workforce development and promoting equitable deployment of frontline providers. In 2007, GAIA Malawi was formally established as an independent, but closely aligned, entity to the U.S. organization. With its own self-selected Board of Directors and a 100% Malawian staff, GAIA Malawi works closely with GAIA U.S. to design and execute cost-effective program responses to the evolving health needs of Malawi’s rural population. All program interventions are developed with key input from the communities served and executed in partnership with the Government of Malawi, Ministry of Health and Population, and local and international partners. GAIA believes that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, no matter where they live or who they are.

To sensitize the general community, Govt. and non-Govt. organizations, and parents of Special need children and provide evidence based primary and higher education to those differently able children through expanding the services, manpower, as well as the research and development programs in the field of Disability & rehabilitation.

The organization focuses on preventing childhood tooth decay by promoting education and distribution of xylitol‑based oral‑care products and training. It aims to reduce dental disease in underserved families (with special attention to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Down Syndrome) through education, partnerships, and providing toothpaste/toothbrushes to those in need.

The Foundation’s mission is to Raise Awareness & Resources that Allow Children in Need to Focus on the Joys of Being a Child.

This foundation was formed to promote awareness of children afflicted with Menkes disease. Menkes is a rare genetic disease that is commonly missed by the medical community because the signs and symptoms at birth and in early infancy are subtle and often confused with other diseases. Early treatment of symptoms is crucial for these children to maintain a sense of normalcy during their infancy and early childhood. Because of this we encourage prenatal genetic testing for neurological diseases. Our goal is to achieve improvements in Menkes research, healthcare, education, and community involvement through medical conferences, advertising, fundraising events and other similar endeavors. We would like to provide an example of brotherhood between friends and families who have lost loved ones to this disease. This can be achieved through a commitment to common charitable activities in honor of their loved one. This organization was founded in the memory and spirit of our son, Wesley Quinn Eckman to benefit everyone who suffers from Menkes.
