Upstream Prevention, Inc. seeks to support systems-level changes to promote public health, specifically related to the prevention and reduction of youth substance use, improved mental health of the community, and creating an environment conducive to healthy behaviors for all citizens.

Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind is dedicated to helping the visually impaired and blind population of the greater Washington region overcome the challenges of vision loss.  Our work enables people of all ages who are visually impaired or blind to remain independent, active, and productive in our society. We help people with vision loss live independently to fulfill their life's purposes.  We do this by providing comprehensive services and programs for people of all ages ( for children, adults and seniors, etc.) including employment, training, vision care, recreation and advocacy.

Since 2017, MedGlobal has worked to build the capacity of healthcare systems within countries affected by armed conflict, natural disasters, a lack of resources, and climate change. We have worked with national healthcare systems and individual hospitals and health facilities to design training and education for their healthcare workers, to improve physical infrastructure, policies, and protocols, and to provide the medications, medical supplies, equipment, and technology that they need to treat their patients.MedGlobal’s culturally diverse teams respond to the world’s humanitarian crisis by partnering with communities to provide innovative, sustainable, and dignified healthcare.

The Speedy Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to suicide prevention and ending the stigma associated with mental health through advocacy, conversation, and education.

NEADS World Class Service Dogs was founded in 1976 to train and place assistance dogs to help people who have disabilities and children who have autism. NEADS has trained over 1,800 Assistance Dog partners (person and dog) now living and working together across the USA, including assistance dogs to help veterans of our wars with physical disabilities and with PTSD. NEADS is the oldest continuing Hearing Dog program in the country and the first program on the East Coast to train a Service Dog.

The mission of Lighthouse for the Blind of Fort Worth is to empower individuals who are blind through superior training, meaningful employment and specialized rehabilitation services so that they lead full lives with the highest level of independence and quality of life.

End Well is dedicated to the belief that all people should experience the end of life in a way that matches their values and goals. When faced with issues of mortality, we often suffer needlessly for a variety of reasons, from cultural and clinical to matters of access. End Well brings together a multidisciplinary community that unites design, technology, health, policy and activist initiative to transform how the world thinks about caregiving, grief, illness and the end of life experience with the ultimate goal of creating a future where ending well becomes a measure of living well.
