FAIMH works to strengthen and support Florida’s infant and early childhood mental‑health workforce so professionals can better promote nurturing relationships for babies and young children (before birth and beyond). The organization provides training, endorsement credentials, and chapter support to improve caregivers’ and services’ capacity to foster healthy social‑emotional development.

TO FUND MEDICAL RESEARCH FOR TREATMENT AND PUBLIC EDUCATION

The Oregon Latino Health Coalition works to improve the health of Oregon’s Latino/Latinx community by advancing health-equity policy, leading advocacy efforts, and delivering culturally and linguistically appropriate outreach and prevention programs.

Brain tumors are now the leading cause of cancer deaths of children and young adults. The emotional and financial devastation it causes to families is unacceptable. The cure will eventually be found. We intend to speed up the process by speeding up the exchange of information - networking with the researchers, patient groups and other nonprofits; raising money for research; advocating for change;  hosting conferences and running research projects.   Until that happens, we will help support families dealing with brain tumors by educating them on the choices they have to make, help find options for them, and even help them get access to the treatments they need with both our advocacy program and our copayment assistance program

California Black Women’s Health Project (CABWHP) works to improve the health and wellness of Black women and girls across California by providing culturally centered education, advocacy, outreach, and policy work. The organization trains community health advocates, delivers health education and support programs, and pushes for policy changes to address health inequities affecting Black women and girls.

To fight against HIV/AIDS in Sub-Saharan Africa through collaboration, education and support of those impacted by the epidemic.   VISION: To decrease the prevalence and impact of HIV/AIDS in Sub-Saharan Africa.

THE CORPORATION WILL PROVIDE FREE CONSULT & INFORMATION SERVICES TO FAMILIES OF INDIVIDUALS OR INDIVIDUALS WITH VELO-CARDIO-FACIAL SYNDROME (VCFS), CRANIOFACIAL DISORDERS AND GENETIC SYNDROMES AND THE CLINICIANS WHO ARE TREATING PEOPLE WITH THESE DISORDERS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THEM WITH THE LATEST INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR DISORDERS, RELEVANT RESEARCH AND TREATMENT OUTCOMES. THE ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE A FORUM FOR DISCUSSION OF THE PROBLEMS, TREATMENTS, AND RECENT ADVANCEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH VCFS, CRANIOFACIAL DISORDERS, GENETIC SYNDROMES AND THEIR MANAGEMENT. THESE SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED AT NO COST TO THOSE SEEKING INFORMATION AND WILL SUPPORTED BY CHARITABLE DONATIONS.
