Liberty Humane Society focuses on providing affordable, accessible preventive veterinary care (low‑cost spay/neuter, vaccines, parasite control, microchipping and basic wellness services) to help keep pets healthy and in their homes; the organization has pivoted from operating as a municipal animal‑control shelter toward community veterinary services and low‑cost clinic care.

The CBCC Foundation for Community Wellness is an organization committed to addressing the financial, educational, and emotional needs of individuals in Kern County who have been diagnosed with cancer. Through the foundation, we promote cancer awareness and prevention to decrease incidence and increase survivorship through early detection. The resources provided by the CBCC Foundation are available to any cancer patient in Kern County regardless of treatment facility.

JTD is premised on the belief that substantive and supportive curriculum-based programs can be a powerful catalyst for homeless and victimized teens to be positively motivated to pursue education and healthy living goals. As the numbers of homeless and victimized teens grow, JTD is aggressively stretching to reach more teens each year through community outreach, school programs, prevention, education, teen residential shelter, and supportive service initiatives

Maji Safi Group is a Boulder‑based 501(c)(3) that supports community‑led Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) programs in rural Tanzania. They focus on disease‑prevention education and related WASH interventions (including menstrual hygiene, WASH in health facilities, ICT/learning tools, and climate‑resilient WASH), centering local women and youth while the U.S. office handles fundraising and support.

LiveWell Colorado is a nonprofit dedicated to fighting obesity by increasing access to healthy food and physical activity. In addition to educating and inspiring people to make healthy choices, LiveWell Colorado focuses on policy and environmental changes that remove barriers to healthy living opportunities. Working in partnership with obesity prevention initiatives across the state, LiveWell aims to provide every Coloradan with access to healthy food and opportunities for physical activity.

End Overdose is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that works to prevent drug-related overdose deaths by providing free overdose-response training, distributing naloxone (Narcan) and fentanyl test strips, and running public‑facing education and outreach at colleges, festivals, and community sites. Their work focuses on making overdose-response tools and training accessible—especially to young people and at‑risk communities—so more bystanders can intervene and save lives.

Herren Project supports, inspires and empowers those affected by the disease of addiction, specifically substance use disorder. Herren Project's main goals are to provide addiction resources, guidance & support for individuals & families across the US for substance use disorder, to walk with them on their path to recovery from addiction, empower our youth to make healthy decisions through peer to peer support to prevent the misuse of drugs and alcohol and reduce risk for the disease of addiction and to build an active community of addiction recovery advocates across the USA.

Radiant Futures is building a safer community in Orange County. To build a community free of harm, we also equip our neighbors with education to prevent violence and abuse.
