Families Against Narcotics (FAN) is a community-based organization for those seeking recovery, those in recovery, family members affected by addiction, and community supporters. FAN seeks to change the face of addiction, dispel the stigma of addiction, and educate the community, as well as those affected by addiction.

Arizona Youth Partnership builds solid foundations for youth and families by partnering with Arizona communities to provide youth services, prevention programs and health education related to substance abuse, homelessness, human trafficking, mental health wellness, teen pregnancy, and challenging family dynamics.

Jubilee Park & Community Center works alongside neighbors in Southeast Dallas to drive neighborhood revitalization and enrichment. It focuses on strengthening families and individuals through programs in education, health and wellness, housing/workforce support, food and emergency assistance, and safety to improve long-term community stability.

The Chicago Hispanic Health Coalition’s mission is to promote healthy behavior and prevent chronic disease and health disparities in the Hispanic communities of metropolitan Chicago. CHHC improves health in Hispanic communities by sponsoring culturally appropriate, evidence-based health education classes, and by providing a forum for policy development.
