Oxford House, Inc. is the national 501(c)(3) umbrella organization that charters, supports, and helps expand a network of democratically self-run, self-supported, substance-free recovery homes. It provides technical assistance, education, and resources so people recovering from substance use disorders can live in peer-run sober housing and sustain long-term recovery.

Center Point's mission is to provide comprehensive social, educational, vocational, medical, psychological, housing and rehabilitation services to combat social problems such as substance abuse, poverty, unemployment and homelessness. Center Point offers rehabilitation and treatment services that interrupt the abusive cycles of psychological, social and economic dislocation by providing critical training and support so that individuals and families can claim self-worth and dignity.

The CBCC Foundation for Community Wellness is an organization committed to addressing the financial, educational, and emotional needs of individuals in Kern County who have been diagnosed with cancer. Through the foundation, we promote cancer awareness and prevention to decrease incidence and increase survivorship through early detection. The resources provided by the CBCC Foundation are available to any cancer patient in Kern County regardless of treatment facility.

Our mission is to create self-sustainable programs that empower women and their families. We strive to improve their health, education, and economic status in the communities where they live. These sustainable strategies are culturally, environmentally and practically sound. While we aim to be pragmatic, results-oriented organization that partners with other like minded organizations, we monitor outcomes. Our goal is to be scientifically sound and operationally transparent.

Maji Safi Group is a Boulder‑based 501(c)(3) that supports community‑led Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) programs in rural Tanzania. They focus on disease‑prevention education and related WASH interventions (including menstrual hygiene, WASH in health facilities, ICT/learning tools, and climate‑resilient WASH), centering local women and youth while the U.S. office handles fundraising and support.

Broken Wings Ministry is dedicated to Tammy's (founder of Broken Wings) brother Jimbo who died on Christmas Eve 2014 from a heroin overdose. He suffered from Opiod / mental health issues. He was a victim of the national opioid crisis in America and did not receive the help he needed. Broken Wings want to restore lives to people who are broken by addiction and mental health / trauma. We offer services in the Orlando area with emphasis on women and children suffering from opiod addiction/ substance abuse and other mental health challenges. Curently we provide services including outpatient office based therapy, animal and garden therapy. Once our residential home is purchased, clients can come and heal in a safe holistic environment (body, mind and spirit). Therapeutic interventions will aim to get at the root cause of addiction/ mental health and seek healing from triggers with effective interventions to avoid relapse. Interventions include: animal therapy, garden therapy, EMDR, talk therapy, group therapy, therapeutic massage, spirituality, develooping life skills, nutrition education and a twelve step program with family involvement. Then, after a client graduates from our program we want to follow them for life. We believe that recovery is a life long process and want to stand by our alumni. Therefore, Broken Wings will offer lifelong alumni outpatient counseling services to clients for support to prevent relapse.

Life Health and Wellness Center was created to serve the homeless men, women and families. Our providers also serve Veterans and victims of Human Trafficking. Our clinic does not discriminate against race, color, sex, religion, sexual orientation, or ability to pay. We are a group of health care providers that provide family medicine to our patients. Many of our patients do not have health care but they do have chronic illnesses that have not been treated in years. We have contracts with the local universities and provide clinical education to students for Primary Care clinical rotations. The student are taught use evidence based methods to assess, diagnosis and treat patients and also educate patients about their current condition. We are also developing ways to sign patients up with insurance so they can become compliant with medications and therapies ordered to maintain positive health outcomes.

LiveWell Colorado is a nonprofit dedicated to fighting obesity by increasing access to healthy food and physical activity. In addition to educating and inspiring people to make healthy choices, LiveWell Colorado focuses on policy and environmental changes that remove barriers to healthy living opportunities. Working in partnership with obesity prevention initiatives across the state, LiveWell aims to provide every Coloradan with access to healthy food and opportunities for physical activity.

Grace Centers of Hope is a non-profit Christian organization committed to positively changing the lives of the homeless, addicted and unwanted through the Gospel of Jesus Christ, personal accountability, life skills education and work-related programs. The foundation of change is the local church which encourages residents to become strong in faith and independence while it lovingly promotes a sense of belonging within a community that truly can be called "home".
