The mission of Camp Dreamcatcher is: 1. To provide therapeutic and educational programs to HIV/AIDS impacted youth and their families. 2. To foster an atmosphere of tolerance, compassion, respect and understanding through volunteer opportunities, services and expanded community outreach.

Resource Center is a trusted leader that empowers the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer/questioning (LGBTQ) communities and all people affected by HIV through improving health and wellness, strengthening families and communities, and providing transformative education and advocacy.

The National AIDS Memorial preserves and shares the history of the HIV/AIDS epidemic through the stewardship of the National AIDS Memorial Grove and the AIDS Memorial Quilt, offering a place for remembrance, healing, and public education while inspiring activism to fight stigma and support those affected.

Our mission is to promote the dignity and wellness of adults, families, youth and children impacted by HIV/AIDS through quality support and prevention services, so they may live healthy lives. At Access AIDS Care we have worked to adapt our services to the advances that have been made to fight HIV and AIDS. Individuals are now living longer with the disease, but their need for services from access aids care has not diminished. In addition, the face of HIV/AIDS is constantly changing and it is our commitment to our community to serve those who are affected by HIV/AIDS.

Caring Communities for AIDS is a non-profit community-based organization serving Northeast and North Central Pennsylvania that provides a system of comprehensive services to prevent, test and treat HIV/HCV/STD and other public health disparities while creating educated, stigma-free communities.

The LKAPS mission is to help reduce the isolation and stress of people living with AIDS Survivors Syndrome (ASS). We do this by organizing social functions which provide opportunities to develop friendships and community. Further, we support education and advocacy to raise awareness of ASS, long-term survivors, and the challenges they face.

Every day nearly 7,000 men, women, and children are infected with HIV. IAVI's mission is to ensure the development of safe, effective, accessible, preventive HIV vaccines for use throughout the world. IAVI is a global not-for-profit, public-private partnership working to accelerate the development of a vaccine to prevent HIV infection and AIDS. IAVI supports a comprehensive approach to HIV and AIDS that balances the expansion and strengthening of existing HIV prevention and treatment programs with targeted investments in new AIDS prevention technologies. As the world's only organization focused solely on the development of an AIDS vaccine, IAVI also works to ensure a future vaccine will be accessible to all who need it.

Mama’s Kitchen provides medically tailored, home-delivered meals and nutrition education at no cost to San Diego residents who are at risk of malnutrition due to critical illnesses (such as HIV, cancer, heart failure, diabetes, and kidney disease). Their goal is to improve client health and dignity by ensuring access to appropriate, nutrition-focused food and related services.

Afrika Tikkun was founded in 1994 soon after the emergence of Democracy in South Africa. Our visionary founders-- the late Chief Rabbi Cyril Harris and philanthropist and businessman, late Bertie Lubner-- had a vision of focusing on children knowing they represented the future of the country, which inspired the-then President Nelson Mandela to volunteer as our Patron-in-Chief-- an honor that he only bestowed on four organizations during his lifetime. In 2002 he wrote: “Afrika Tikkun demonstrates in a practical and sustainable manner what can be done with limited resources, great commitment and passion. It is my belief that Afrika Tikkun represents the best of what civil society can offer in partnership with Government’s considerable efforts.” For the last 22 years, Afrika Tikkun has worked to redress the consequences of institutionalized oppression in South Africa. Our unique Cradle-to-Career development model enables our 550+ employees to deliver services addressing holistic educational, medical and economic needs of marginalized youth from early infancy through adulthood, inspiring and enabling them to become productive citizens and leaders. San Francisco AIDS Foundation works to end the HIV epidemic in the city where it began, and eventually everywhere. Established in 1982, our mission is the radical reduction of new infections in San Francisco because we refuse to accept HIV as inevitable. Through education, advocacy and direct services for prevention and care, we are confronting HIV in communities most vulnerable to the disease.

Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS is one of the country's largest supporters of direct care for people living with HIV/AIDS and preventive education for those at risk. Merging care and commerce, supporters of DIFFA come from all fields of fine design and the visual arts, including: architecture, fashion design, interior design, photography and consumer product design.
