Since our founding, we have been committed to fighting the HIV epidemic until this crisis is over. Advances in treatment and new prevention strategies have now made “Getting to Zero” – zero stigma, zero new infections, and zero deaths – an achievable goal! The focus of all of our programs is to help achieve this goal. Our From All Walks of Life Fund supports the most vulnerable people living with HIV through financial assistance grants during times of crisis. Our annual back-to-school and holiday toy drives support HIV infected/affected youth. Our public awareness and education efforts are designed to combat the stigmas associated with HIV, and to raise awareness and educate the community about the newest prevention strategies, including PrEP (pre-exposure prophylactics), PEP (post exposure prophylactics), TasP (treatment as prevention) and the advances in the care and treatment of HIV.

Provide easy access to innovative services for the whole person, regardless of HIV status, while promoting respect and acceptance without stigma. We envision a world without new HIV infections that embraces and supports the health of all communities free of judgment.

Rise (formerly Worldwide Orphans/WWO) runs trauma‑informed, play‑based early‑childhood and youth programs and partners with local organizations to deliver education, health, and psychosocial supports so vulnerable children and their caregivers can develop the skills and resilience to thrive.

Building from a harm reduction model, The Open Door, Inc. provides supportive housing and related services to improve the health of the forgotten population of high-risk, chronically homeless people living with HIV.

Caring Communities for AIDS is a non-profit community-based organization serving Northeast and North Central Pennsylvania that provides a system of comprehensive services to prevent, test and treat HIV/HCV/STD and other public health disparities while creating educated, stigma-free communities.

AIDS Action Baltimore, Inc. (AAB) is dedicated to providing patient services for all people in Baltimore City regardless of race, religion, age, disabilities, sexual orientation, gender or non-confirming gender, including emergency financial assistance, HIV education, testing assistance, navigation support for healthcare linkage, retention in care, medication adherence and access support, HIV prevention services, including outreach efforts and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) medication access.

Mama’s Kitchen provides medically tailored, home-delivered meals and nutrition education at no cost to San Diego residents who are at risk of malnutrition due to critical illnesses (such as HIV, cancer, heart failure, diabetes, and kidney disease). Their goal is to improve client health and dignity by ensuring access to appropriate, nutrition-focused food and related services.

The National AIDS Memorial preserves and shares the history of the HIV/AIDS epidemic through the stewardship of the National AIDS Memorial Grove and the AIDS Memorial Quilt, offering a place for remembrance, healing, and public education while inspiring activism to fight stigma and support those affected.

GAIA works to expand access to primary healthcare for rural Malawians by operating community-based services (including mobile clinics), strengthening the local health workforce, and partnering with Malawi’s health authorities to deliver sustainable, equitable care.

Global Camps Africa changes the lives of South Africa's vulnerable children and youth by providing HIV/AIDS prevention education and training through high impact residential and day camp experiences and continuing education, equipping young people with the life skills that will support them in becoming safe and productive adults who have hope for the future.
