The Mission of the McLeod Health Foundation is to generate philanthropic and community support to perpetuate medical excellence at McLeod Health.

Established in 2017, the mission of One Heart Health is to develop cost-effective medical technologies to enable early diagnosis of heart disease in children who live in low resource areas of the world, thereby improving health outcomes. We want to give children access to quality medical care, to improve health outcomes in low-resource areas of the world, and to give all a chance to live a healthy life.

Roseville Community Health Foundation affiliated with Sutter Roseville Medical Center in 2003 and changed it's name to Sutter Roseville Medical Center Foundation to more closely align itself with the medical center. Our mission is to cultivate partners and resources to provide state-of-the art medical services for our community with dignity and compassion.

Restoration Gateway exists to join Christ in restoring peace and healing wounds among the vulnerable children and war-torn people of Northern Uganda. 700 acres of land overlooking the Nile is being developed into a holistic, reproducible community through Orphan Care, Health Care, Empowerment, and Ministry to the Church.

We believe no one should die from breast cancer simply because they can't afford a mammogram. The Rose has been committed to eliminating breast healthcare inequities for Southeast Texas women since its founding in 1986. The organization was founded by two pioneering women determined to provide comprehensive, quality breast care. The Rose provides mammograms, diagnostic work including biopsies, and access to treatment if needed to all women regardless of their ability to pay.  Each year approximately 7,000 uninsured women and men in our community come to The Rose for help. They have no other place to go. The Rose is the only nationally recognized nonprofit breast health organization in Texas that simultaneously serves the insured and the uninsured through a preventive, culturally sensitive, family-centered, and community-based approach. We have the highest ratings available from independent charity watchdog organizations. While we know we can’t stop breast cancer from happening, together, we can make a difference in whether an uninsured woman survives it.

Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals (branded as Jefferson Health) operates as a major nonprofit teaching hospital system serving the Philadelphia region. Its work focuses on delivering high-quality clinical care across many specialties, providing emergency and medically necessary services to all patients, and serving as clinical teaching sites for Thomas Jefferson University.

Sentara RMH is a community hospital that provides a broad range of inpatient and outpatient medical services to improve health in the Shenandoah Valley. As part of the Sentara Health system, it focuses on delivering high-quality clinical care, supporting community health initiatives, and providing education and research tied to patient services.

Giving Austin Labor Support (GALS) provides free doula and perinatal-childcare support to improve birth outcomes and ensure no one births alone. They focus services on under-resourced and BIPOC families in Central Texas through on-call birth support, prenatal/postpartum doula programs, jail support, and the Childcare for Black Mamas collaborative.

Knowing that every child's life is sacred, it is the promise of Cook Children's to improve the health of every child in our region through the prevention and treatment of illness, disease and injury.
