The Izzy Foundation provides services and support to those families with children who have debilitating diseases. Our Foundation has a unique understanding of the hardships that families go through during long hospital stays, because we have been there, too. Our founders, many of our board members, and our directors have also sat in hospital waiting rooms for days, weeks and months while our children receive exceptional care. The Foundation hopes to continue to develop spaces and programs for children with cancer and their families that will enable them to continue to live, love, laugh and play. The Lynn Community Health Center's mission is to provide comprehensive health care of the highest quality for everyone in the greater Lynn community, regardless of ability to pay, targeting populations that experience the greatest barriers to care: children, teens, the poor, minorities, non-English speaking, and the frail elderly. Our goal is to improve the health of our community. Access to quality and comprehensive health care allows children to focus on success in school and adults to raise healthy families, pursue gainful employment, and become productive members of our society; ultimately resulting in a stronger, more vibrant community.

Impacting the world through education empowerment and public health awareness

Brain tumors are now the leading cause of cancer deaths of children and young adults. The emotional and financial devastation it causes to families is unacceptable. The cure will eventually be found. We intend to speed up the process by speeding up the exchange of information - networking with the researchers, patient groups and other nonprofits; raising money for research; advocating for change;  hosting conferences and running research projects.   Until that happens, we will help support families dealing with brain tumors by educating them on the choices they have to make, help find options for them, and even help them get access to the treatments they need with both our advocacy program and our copayment assistance program

Cleveland Clinic, located in Cleveland, Ohio, is a nonprofit, tax-exempt academic medical center that integrates clinical and hospital care with research and education.
