Centre Volunteers in Medicine will serve and advocate for the medically underserved living or working in Centre County, Pennsylvania.

We heal, comfort, and care for the people of our community by providing advanced and compassionate health care of superior quality and value supported by education and clinical research.

To provide the highest level of care and comfort to patients with life-limiting illness; support and counseling to families; and education to the community.

We believe that parental care is essential to the development of premature infants. ​ We are striving to increase each NICU parent's ability to care personally for their precious newborn by partnering with hospital social services departments nationwide to provide travel expenses for NICU families. ​ In the past we have helped by offering: ​ Prepaid Gas Cards Rail and Bus Tickets Assistance with airfare Assistance with lodging fees Assistance with meal fees ​ Every family situation is unique which is why we ask that you contact your hospital social worker. They will help you determine the possible expenses you will have during your baby's stay in the NICU. They will be able to reach out to CHF on your behalf & we will take it from there!

The mission of St. Louis Children's Hospital is to do what's right for kids. We do this by providing safe care, effective care and outstanding service to our patients in a family-centered care environment. IDRF empowers poor, rural women and children in India and Nepal tough sustainable development programs.  We provide grants and support for community-based non-profit organizations (NGOs) in each country. To provide access to medical care, mental health services, and health and nutrition education services, regardless of the ability to pay. Their comprehensive approach helps students, parents, and the community combat the wide range of physical, psychosocial and environmental needs that arise from difficult daily living conditions in Haiti.
