We make survivors into THRIVERS!!! For over seven years, THRIVE has empowered survivors of crimes against humanity perpetrated by the Lord's Resistance Army in northern Uganda. Through individual, family and group counseling, Village Savings and Loan Associations, and basic literacy education, THRIVE has directly impacted thousands of lives and has helped spark a cultural paradigm shift towards hope and possibility for many thousands more!

Through every step of every journey, we offer compassion through extraordinary care, hope through innovative services, and inspiration through endless encouragement. Suncoast Hospice is a major affiliate of Empath Health, an integrated network of care. Suncoast Hospice is strengthened by strong administrative and financial support from Empath Health receiving services such as human resources, purchasing, marketing, grants development, information services, fundraising and regulatory compliance/quality management.

As a result, we’re very familiar with local human services for people experiencing and living in recovery from mental illnesses. The mission of the Jerome Golden Center for Behavioral Health is to help clients build resiliency, facilitate recovery and achieve reintegration into the community by designing and delivering behavioral healthcare services that meet their needs and expectations. To that end, culturally diverse, multidisciplinary staff works in conjunction with other community resources to assist individuals and families to strengthen and promote healthy development. Respect for personal dignity and the right to privacy, confidentiality and safety are of the utmost concern, as is the provision of excellent, competently delivered, evidence-based, affordable care. Services begin with a thorough assessment, and the development of an individualized treatment plan designed to meet the identified needs and goals of the persons and/or families served.

Radiant Futures is building a safer community in Orange County. Originally founded as Womens Transitional Living Center, we were the first domestic violence agency in Orange County and the third in the United States. For over 45 years, weve been a committed partner and solid presence in our community. As Radiant Futures, our work continues to evolve as we provide inclusive, comprehensives services to everyone impacted by domestic violence and human trafficking. To build a community free of harm, we also equip our neighbors with education to prevent violence and abuse.

The mission of Share Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support, Inc. is to serve those whose lives are touched by the tragic death of a baby through pregnancy loss, stillbirth or in the first few months of life. The primary purpose is to provide support toward positive resolution of grief experienced at the time of/or following the death of a baby. This support encompasses emotional, physical, spiritual and social healing, as well as sustaining the family unit.   The secondary purpose of Share is to provide information, education and resources on the needs and rights of bereaved parents and siblings. The objective is to aid those in the community, including family, friends, employers, members of the congregation, caregivers and others in their supportive role.

Empowering Children and Families was born out of experience working with children and families whose needs weren’t being met. A dedicated and compassionate group of people decided to join forces and build an organization to help kids and families. It was and is the right thing to do. Our mission is to help children and families construct and sustain a healthy foundation for the future. We do this by taking the time to establish trust and build a collaborative relationship. Many parents are too afraid to ask for help and if they do, they cycle through program after program with little to no progress. ECF makes a difference with families by providing a comprehensive “roadmap” unique to each family’s strengths and challenges that is culturally responsive.

End of Life Washington upholds your right to the full range of end-of-life choices, including Death with Dignity, through advocacy, education, and support. If you or someone you know needs information and support related to end-of-life options, End of Life Washington can help. We can offer support for: - Talking to your loved ones about dying. - Making decisions about what you want at the end of life. - Talking to your physician about hospice, palliative care, and pain management. - Finding hospice providers. - Understanding all options to achieve a peaceful death including Washington’s Death with Dignity Act and Voluntary Stopping Eating and Drinking (VSED).

Founded in 1971, Unity House is a not-for-profit, human services agency that plays an integral role in empowering the most vulnerable citizens of the capital district in upstate NY. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for people living in poverty, adults with mental illness, victims of domestic violence, children with developmental delays and their families, people living with HIV/AIDS, and others whose needs can effectively be met by Unity House services and philosophy. Unity House provides direct service to those in need and works toward social justice. We help individuals identify their strengths and needs, draw upon their abilities, and access community resources.

The mission of the Center for Safety & Change is to develop strategies to end gender-based violence and provide shelter and supportive services that empower survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse and other crimes. Center for Safety & Change provides 24/7, trauma-informed services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and other crimes. Services include a hotline, shelter, legal help, therapy, counseling, and pet safety. Advocates offer support at hospitals, court, and with social services. The Center also runs prevention programs in schools and the community. All services are free, confidential, multilingual, and available in person or virtually.
