The Mission of the Avielle Foundation is to prevent violence and build compassion through neuroscience research, community engagement, and education. The foundation is named in honor of Avielle. Avielle Rose Richman was one of 26 children and educators tragically murdered at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, CT on December 14th, 2012.

Voices Beyond Assault is a survivor-led nonprofit that supports and empowers survivors of sexual and domestic violence by providing trauma-informed therapeutic programs, advocacy, resources, and community education. They emphasize BIPOC-inclusive services, prevention education, and innovative healing approaches to help survivors recover and amplify their voices.

Our mission is to change the face of divorce by moving families forward in a positive relationship focused manner. The Denver Children's Advocacy Center's Mission Is To: Prevent Abuse, Strengthen Families And Restore Childhood. The Goal Is To Ensure That Every Low-Income Child In Metro Denver Who Has Been Traumatized By Sexual Abuse, Or By Witnessing Homicide Or Domestic Violence, Receives Immediate, Compassionate And Effective Intervention - Followed By Treatment - Until They Are Healed.

The YWCA of Annapolis & Anne Arundel County works to eliminate racism and empower women while providing safety and support to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Locally the organization operates the county’s domestic-violence safe house and offers a 24/7 crisis hotline, counseling, legal advocacy, and related healing and prevention programs.

The Gavin Foundation is a multi-service nonprofit agency providing community-based substance abuse education, prevention and treatment programs. Their mission is the Restoration of Dignity for individuals, and their families, through each stage of the recovery process. They serve more than 5,000 individuals in the Greater Boston area each year through their adult, youth and community programs.

The mission of Laurel House is to: - Advocate for and empower those impacted by domestic violence by providing crisis intervention, safe haven, supportive programs and supportive programs and resources - Advance social change through preventative education and through community training and collaboration to foster a coordinated response to domestic abuse Services are available to both female and male survivors of domestic abuse.

Hope for Depression Research Foundation's mission is to fund scientific research into the origins, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of depression and its related mood disorders, with the ultimate goal of finding a cure. In addition, HDRF raises awareness of depression as a medical illness and educates the public about the facts of depression. Our mission is to help combat mental health issues among Firefighters and First Responders. We want to be a beacon of hope during these difficult times that many of us face. Mental health issues and an alarming amount of suicides have become more of an issue among Firefighters and EMS Personnel (⚠️Most recently they have even begun outnumbering LODDs⚠️). By providing peer support (one-on-one conversation with another firefighter/first responder) and financial assistance for licensed counseling (we will find a counselor who fits you, that lives in your area, and help cover the cost of the first cycle of sessions), we hope to give our brothers and sisters a way to fight back and provide them with an understanding of what they are experiencing.
