MOCSA’s mission is to improve the lives of those impacted by sexual abuse and assault and to prevent sexual violence in our community. Together we can create a community free from sexual assault and abuse.

The Addiction Policy Forum is a nationwide nonprofit working to reduce the harm of addiction by helping patients and families in crisis, reducing stigma, expanding prevention and early intervention, promoting evidence-based treatments, and supporting patient-led research.

NAMI is a grassroots organization of individuals with mental illnesses, especially serious mental illnesses, their family members, and friends whose mission is to advocate for effective prevention, diagnosis, treatment, support, research and recovery that improves the quality of life of persons of all ages who are affected by mental illnesses.

Sexual Assault Response Services of Southern Maine provides free services in York and Cumberland counties to anyone affected by sexual assault, sexual harassment, or sexual abuse, through prevention programs, support, education, and advocacy. We have been providing services since 1973.

Center on Addiction and Partnership for Drug-Free Kids have merged, bringing together the expertise of two the nation’s most prominent nonprofits committed to ending addiction. The Center’s mission is to transform how our nation addresses addiction by empowering families, advancing effective care, shaping public policy, and changing culture. Center on Addiction is the only national nonprofit committed to supporting the whole family as they address every aspect of substance use and addiction, from prevention to recovery.

Community Violence Solutions is one of the oldest Rape Crisis Centers in California, if not the nation. CVS was founded in 1974 and incorporated as a separate non-profit 501(C)(3) organization in 1977. In the past decade, the agency has more than doubled in size, primarily adding services aimed at children, youth and families. Our name change in 2001 reflects a growing continuum of services in Contra Costa and Marin Counties. Our mission statement is: “In partnership with the community, to end sexual assault and family violence through prevention, crisis services, and treatment.”
