The Riverside Area Rape Crisis Center (RARCC) is a non-profit organization committed to providing support and services to survivors of sexual assault and their families and to providing community education to achieve awareness and the prevention of sexual assault and all forms of sexual violence.

Preventing teen dating violence through awareness, education, and advocacy. Our 'Gaming Against Violence' program is an award-winning and evidence-based approach to violence prevention through prosocial games. We produce, publish, and research intentionally designed prosocial games to engage, educate, and empower young people about important issues affecting them. The topics addressed by these games include bystander awareness, consent, cultural literacy, gaslighting, healthy relationships, media literacy, power and control, resilience, and teen dating violence warning signs. Jennifer Ann's Group does this work in memory of Jennifer Crecente.

Founded March 2016, My Sisters Arms mission is to provide emergency and transitional housing to women and children who are or have experienced domestic abuse. My Sisters Arms vision is to educate, advocate and participate in the prevention of domestic and sexual abuse in our community.

Originally started by the Harbor Area YWCA, our mission is to provide shelter and support to anyone impacted by domestic violence, empowering them to move beyond trauma, towards safety & stability. Established in 1983, we have been serving the community for more than 40 years. Our programs are inclusive and help all survivors build healthy, safe, violence-free lives. We serve Los Angeles County with a Harbor Area/South Bay focus. Most of our clients have low/no incomes. We provide all services in Spanish and English. We work to improve the quality of life for survivors, and to prevent future acts of domestic violence through prevention education.

Independence House helps all domestic violence and sexual assault victims and their children by creating opportunities to find safety and become empowered through crisis intervention, advocacy, counseling, referral, prevention outreach, education and inspiring change in our community. Women's Shelter, organized in 1976, began as a grassroots organization to offer safety and advocacy services to victims of domestic abuse and to their children. Women's Shelter's goal is to reduce domestic violence by offering alternative housing, reducing barriers to violence free living, educating the public about difficulties facing victims, and preventing future violence by working with the children.
