We aim to promote an understanding of, and equality for, the LGBTQ populace within our community by raising awareness. We plan to do this through public displays, educational programs, and events, and an annual PrideFest. We will encourage LGBTQ persons to feel welcome and accepted.

Communication First is the only US disability-led nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to defending, protecting, and advancing the civil rights of the more than 5 million children and adults in the United States who due to disability or other condition, are unable to speak or have difficulty being understood when speaking. We believe that having access to the tools and supports necessary to effectively express one’s thoughts, needs, and desires is a fundamental human right and that communication is essential to autonomy, self-determination, and well-being. Our mission is to engage the public, advocate for policy change, and use litigation to protect and advance the human and civil rights of this historically marginalized population.

Providing survivors of human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation with the support and resources needed to attain economic empowerment

Birth In Color RVA is non-profit organization designed of a community of practitioners engaged in the promotion and practice of culturally centered reproductive health support in and around Richmond, VA. Aligned through membership and purpose, they offer women, families, and communities the place and space to be supported and affirmed through information and choice. The network directly provides pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support to expecting parents and families, opportunities for skill development for fellow practitioners, community engagement and advocacy initiatives to address relevant needs.

"Trails of Purpose" is a veteran-focused not for profit 501c3 that is driven for veteran community and strives to find innovative ways to serve our service members and their loved ones through the use of horsemanship and other equine related activities.

The mission and purpose of the Nebraska Vietnam Veterans Memorial Foundation is to develop, erect and maintain a memorial to honor all Veterans who served during the Vietnam War and to further provide a lasting historic educational account for future generations.

SVLC protects the privacy, safety, and civil rights of survivors of sexual violence through trauma-informed, holistic, survivor-centered legal advocacy that is based in race equity and anti-oppression principles.

The Paul C. Perkins Bar Association (PCPBA), founded in 1981, is a professional organization devoted to actively promoting the advancement of African Americans in the legal profession and diversity within leadership roles in the Central Florida community. PCPBA also strives to educate the Central Florida African American community about the legal system and promote reform and improvements in the law to aid in the administration of justice.

Our mission is to end mass incarceration by activating the power of the people it directly impacts. We organize our members, both inside and outside of prisons, to advocate for their freedom and change criminal justice policy in California. We have more than 30,000 incarcerated members, 135 inside organizers, and hundreds more outside members and organizers throughout California. We are 100% led by people directly impacted by incarceration.

Orange Ribbons For Jaime, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, was founded in response to the mass shooting at MSD High School in Parkland, FL on February 14th 2018. One of the 17 victims was 14 year-old Jaime Guttenberg, daughter of Fred Guttenberg. Orange Ribbons For Jaime’s purpose is to help organizations that deal with bullying and children with special needs. However, they will also support organizations that deal with the causes of violence in schools and other public facilities and on how to limit casualties associated with the violence.

Bridging the Gap-Oregon is currently building a mobile app for law enforcement and victim advocates to use while on duty through a mass centralized communication system—connecting victim needs to community partners who can help. Our plan is to create a mobile app for every region that has a multidisciplinary human trafficking task force collaborative model. By sharing this powerful tool, we hope to help bridge the gaps in systems and create successful outcomes for victims.

BOLD (Black Organizing for Leadership and Dignity) is a national training intermediary focused on transforming the practice of Black organizers in the US to increase their alignment, impact and sustainability to win progressive change. BOLD carries out its mission through training programs, coaching and technical assistance for BOLD alumni and partners.
