Mission Statement: The mission of the ACLU of Montana is to defend, preserve, and advance civil liberties. Vision Statement: We envision a world where dignity, freedom, and civil liberties are a reality for each individual.

The Thomas More Law Center defends and promotes America’s Judeo-Christian heritage and moral values, including the religious freedom of Christians, time-honored family values, and the sanctity of human life.

To promote civil liberties and civil rights for everyone in the Commonwealth through public education and litigation with the goal of securing freedom and equality for all. We are an affiliate of the national ACLU, with which we share resources and expertise.

The IWMF supports and advances women and nonbinary journalists globally by providing safety training, emergency assistance, fellowships/grants, and reporting opportunities; it also researches and advocates to strengthen press freedom and gender equity in news media.

NARAL Pro-Choice Maryland Fund was founded in 1997 in order to support and protect, as a fundamental freedom, a woman’s right to make reproductive choices. This mission is accomplished through support of education, training programs, and public policy initiatives.

The National Center for Law & Policy (NCLP) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) legal defense organization which focuses on the protection and promotion of religious freedom, the sanctity of life, traditional marriage, parental rights, and other civil liberties.

The Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) was founded in 1981 by a group of U.S. journalists determined to help secure greater press freedom for colleagues abroad threatened by repressive governments and other enemies of independent journalism. CPJ has become a vitally important institution to journalists and news organizations around the world. We have a highly specialized brief: CPJ is the only organization in the United States devoted solely to reporting and responding to attacks on individual journalists and to other specific press freedom violations throughout the world. We pride ourselves on the detail and accuracy of our information, and on our capacity for quick and effective action.

PEN America unites writers and allies to defend free expression and advance literature. It conducts advocacy, research, and programs (including legal and digital-safety work), and provides awards, grants, and direct support to writers and journalists to protect the freedom to write and read.

The National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) Inc., is a volunteer organization, inspired by Jewish values, that works through a program of research, education, advocacy and community service to improve the quality of life for women, children and families and strives to ensure individual rights and freedoms for all.

Project Mona’s House exists to shed light on the terrible crime of human trafficking, to restore those who have been victimized and prevent it from ever happening again through education, legislation, and Christ's compassion. A result of fulfilling this will be freedom for all people... FOREVER!

The ACLU of Alaska Foundation uses litigation, legislative advocacy, and public education to defend and expand the civil liberties and constitutional rights of people across Alaska—focusing on equal protection, privacy, free speech, reproductive freedom, immigrant and LGBTQIA2S+ rights, and criminal-legal reform.
