Founded in 2003, the Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition (TIRRC) is a statewide, immigrant and refugee-led collaboration. Our mission is to build power, amplify our voices, and organize communities to advocate for our rights. Our vision is a stronger, more inclusive Tennessee where people of all nationalities, immigration statuses, and racial identities can belong and thrive.

The Southern Center for Human Rights is working for equality, dignity, and justice for people impacted by the criminal legal system in the Deep South. SCHR fights for a world free from mass incarceration, the death penalty, the criminalization of poverty, and racial injustice.

Women Thrive Worldwide’s (Women Thrive) mission is to advocate for change at the U.S. and global levels so that women and men share equally in the enjoyment of basic capabilities, economic assets, voice, access to decent livelihoods, and freedom from fear and violence. We ground our work in the realities of women living in poverty, partner with locally based women’s organizations, and create powerful coalitions to advance the interests of women, families, and communities worldwide. Our vision is a world in which women and men work together as equal partners to secure better lives for themselves and their families.

Aid for Women serves thousands of women annually in the Chicagoland area who are facing unexpected pregnancies. Our life-affirming services are offered to clients free-of-charge and include: compassionate counseling, pregnancy tests, ultrasound exams, Earn While You Learn Program, pregnancy and parent support groups, residential programs as well as medical and community referrals. Our mission is to provide a complete system of services designed to transition women and children out of poverty to full autonomy, through career development & placement, permanent housing, economic resources, and unlimited access to services that aid in complete healing and recovery. Courageous Women Association, is a nonprofit 501c3 organization providing supportive services, economic resources, and empowerment to Bay Area women and children impacted by domestic violence, homelessness, prostitution and human human trafficking, incarceration, and other crippling life experiences. Founded in 2008, CWA annually provides over 1,000 women and children with life coaching and necessities, career development, and economic resources that are vital to wellness, recovery, and self-sufficiency.

They combine scholarship, media, & activism to amplify the voices of Indigenous matriarchs in the Red Power movement into modern struggles. The 2018 film Warrior Women, co-directed by Christina D. King & Dr. Beth Castle, highlights some of these stories.

The mission of Women Against Abuse is to provide quality, compassionate, and nonjudgmental services in a manner that fosters self-respect and independence in persons experiencing intimate partner violence, and to lead the struggle to end domestic violence through advocacy and community education.

To support girls as they design their futures for successful womanhood.

Her Equality Rights and Autonomy's (HERA) overall aims are: (1) to prevent trafficking and re-trafficking of young women; (2) to assist trafficked and other women survivors of violence, conflict, and exploitation build on the resilience they have demonstrated to achieve their ambitions for a better life; and (3) to engage the business community in countering trafficking and support women's entrepreneurship.

FIRE’s mission is to defend and sustain the individual rights of all Americans to free speech and free thought—the most essential qualities of liberty. FIRE educates Americans about the importance of these inalienable rights, promotes a culture of respect for these rights, and provides the means to preserve them.

To Empower Cuban Civil Society To Build A Durable Democracy In Cuba That Is Free Of Human Rights Violations By Enhancing The On-Island Civil Society's Awareness And Effectiveness In Nonviolent Activism And By Facilitating Civic Training Materials, Communication Equipment, Thematic "know-How" Manual(E.G., Entrepreneurship, Micro-Financing, Etc.)and Financial Support Along With Creating Awareness And Documenting, Within The Island And In The International Community, Human Rights Violations While Collaborating With International And On-Island Nongovernment Organizations To Provide For Additional Expertise And Resources To Provide Humanitarian Aid.
