To assist survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and their children to achieve safety and self-sufficiency, while striving to prevent violence against women.

The WRC shall serve women, families and all those who choose to participate in, and can benefit from, the Center?s programs. These programs shall attempt to: protect and nurture health and well being; encourage active participation in making life choices; advocate for the positive solution of crisis situations; facilitate personal growth and life-long education; and provide a link to needed community resources.

PROVIDES SHELTER AND COUNSELING FOR VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND THEIR CHILDREN.

We will strengthen our ability to meet the individual and evolving needs of those affected by domestic violence by investing in the growth of our people, deepening community engagement, and amplifying the voices of all survivors.

EDUCATION: TO PROVIDE RESOURCES FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT ADVOCACY PROGRAMS AND OTHER ENTITIES.

Dawn shelters and empowers survivors of domestic abuse in South King County and helps to keep us all safe by educating our community to respond to and prevent violence.

NWCAVE helps to inform, educate and prevent violence and exploitation against women and children nationally and internationally. Whether human trafficking, domestic violence, sexual assault, sexual violence, stalking, bullying, hate crimes and all other forms of violence and exploitation against women and children, NWCAVE strives to keep the public informed and educated on how we can live in a more civilized society free of violence. Formerly New York Asian Women's Center, Womankind works with survivors of gender-based violence to rise above trauma and build a path to healing. We bring critical resources and deep cultural competency to help Asian communities find refuge, recovery, and renewal.

Safe Berks provides free, confidential, 24/7 crisis and support services to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in Berks County. Their programs include emergency shelter, counseling, legal and medical advocacy, and community education and prevention—aimed at keeping people safe, empowering survivors, and preventing further abuse.
