The mission of Promise Place is to prevent domestic violence through awareness programs, educational training, and providing safe environments for the victims and their families, utilizing legal advocacy, emergency shelters and transitional housing.

Our mission is to provide support for victim families and professionals, to prevent child abuse, and to provide justice for the innocent victims of child abuse. SBA was founded in 1998 on a Fort Worth kitchen table by 3 mothers whose children were victims of Shaken Baby Syndrome, (SBS/AHT) and could find no resources or support. Over the past 20 years, SBA has supported victim families with children in need and those who have died while developing into a nationally recognized forensic training and case consulting agency for professionals in the field of child physical abuse. SBA offers three services: Victim Family Services, Professional Support (Training and Case Consultations), and Prevention Education. (SBS/AHT) Victim Services and Prevention Education are free of charge.

We want to bring hope and healing to the estimated 35000 girls and women that are working in the sex industry in Pattaya, Thailand At the core of Tamar's heart is our desire to provide the girls with an alternative to the often devastating job as a bar girl (prostitute). To achieve this goal we deploy various activities to help the girls each step of their way to a new life. We reach out to the girls working in the bars, through: Bar outreach Banquet parties Pregnancy counseling English Class We offer vocational trainings to the girls who stepped out of their work in the bars, to prepare them for a new life with new ways to earn a living: Card crafting Hairdressing Bakery / Restaurant Business training Accommodation Nursery We deploy reconnection and prevention programs in Issan, the area in North-Eastern Thailand (where most of the girls come from): Prevention Center Khorat Prevention Center Chaiyaphum

Raising Awareness with Students is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization seeking to end the plague of minority health disparities deeply rooted in the urban community. Our main focus is disease prevention programming, health education, and health awareness.

The National Center on Shaken Baby Syndrome (NCSBS) has a mission to prevent shaken baby syndrome/abusive head trauma through the development and implementation of education, programs, public policy and research; to establish networks, support and train families, caregivers and professionals.

Southside Family Nurturing Center provides trauma‑informed, dual‑generation services—therapeutic early childhood education plus family home‑visiting and supports—aimed at strengthening parents, improving child development, and preventing abuse/neglect among families in the Phillips neighborhood of south Minneapolis.

Prem-maa is a certified 501(c)3 non-profit online retailing business. This organization was created by three teenage girls that are passionate about fighting the human trafficking industry. It is our goal at Prem-maa to help prevent young women from ever becoming trafficked again.

Women Speaking Out works to prevent dating and intimate-partner violence in Hawai‘i by educating and empowering young women and youth through awareness programs, mentorship, self‑defense training, and community events. Their programs focus on building healthy-relationship skills, leadership, and giving youth a platform to speak out.

Valley Oasis (formerly Antelope Valley Domestic Violence Council) provides emergency shelter, crisis hotlines, counseling, and housing/homelessness services to survivors of domestic violence and people experiencing homelessness. The organization focuses on intervention, prevention, community awareness, and supportive services to help survivors and families regain safety and stability.

Mission To engage individuals and the community to end domestic violence in Penobscot and Piscataquis Counties in Maine. We provide support, advocacy, and safety planning to anyone affected by domestic abuse. They foster safe and healthy relationships through prevention, education, and training. Together with their community they recognize the nature of abuse, respond to it, and change the conditions which lead to it.
