Mission of VOICE Trust is to increase conviction for the economically - socially - educationally disadvantaged children, women/men farmers, employed youth, Disabled Persons and other Weaker Sections that nature centric ways in life empowers and to join in ecological biodiversity enhancement, protection of environmental resources and empowerments in education, employment and sustainability spheres.

We founded Rafiki Ya Maisha to provide vocational training to unemployed young people & women in need, who have no secondary education nor access to trade schools in rural Western Kenya. This forgotten group of youths gets material assistance for acquiring life skills through our small college in Chepkanga. This village empowerment endeavor has components in conservation, health, culture, micro-finance, counseling, brick making. We are building a larger polytechnic center to serve Sergoit area.

The mission of the Foundation is guided by the aspirations of local communities; JLOF takes a holistic and problem-oriented approach and work in partnership with the local community, government, business sector, academia and other organisations or individuals that share common interest in finding and delivering result-oriented and lasting solutions to problems facing the community.
